Brew basket is junk

The machine looks good, and I like the functionality of the grinder built in. Have had this for maybe 1 month and now the brew basket will not stay closed. Have to hold it closed for it to actually grind the beans. Really disappointed in this as this is not a cheap appliance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great auto grind drip coffee maker with features

With an added bonus of single cup - podless brewing to give me another option. First brew was excellent and met expectations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best coffee maker I've ever owned! A burr grinder coffee marker that calculates how many beans to use was my #1 request. Beyond that, it offers personalization for grinding size, temperature and brew strength. The fact that it is pre-programed for the Gold standard was a plus! Was concerned about not having a heating element, but the stainless steel carafe keeps coffee hot and there is a timer that reflects how long it has been since brewing was complete. Fantastic choice - delicious coffee.

Appreciate the temp control options and burr grinder options. Primary use with carafe which is well designed compared to competition. Appears to absorb some water in beans so be prepared for reduced output. Nice design overall. Bean hopper and burr grinder and water well separated. Most important is coffee now has taste! ( Using ame beans as old machine from well known competitor

Design flaw causes basket to pop open during grind

The product makes good coffee, but it has a design flaw. The basket door pops open during grinding and has to be held closed. It works for the first few brews, then starts popping open and won't stay closed. We returned the first one and got a second, which had the same problem so we returned the 2nd also.

Stay away

This thing bews a great cup of coffee.... when it actually brews it! Wored great for a week..
Now it's add beans.. beans are full, add water. Water is full, I spend more time cleaning descaling and putting this thng back together than we do making coffee. The 10 cup capacity is silly! The app interface is more of a headache than convenience! I service the grinder every other day. Doesn't hold a ton of beans either. If you are single, and have time to kill this is the coffee pot for you.. if more than 1 person in the house requires coffee pass on the expensive paper weight! I would have got rid of it by now but the stupid thing is expensive!! So yes I have had the piece of junk for 5 months and pray I get a cup of coffee when I wake up!

Awesome coffee maker! But door opens by itself

Love everything about this product, but there’s one annoying issue. The coffee filter door keeps popping open during the grinding process. Even after cleaning it per instructions, the door keeps popping open. I may have to return it and just keep my 15 year old Cuisinart coffee maker that hasn’t had one issue since owning it. The reason my wife gifted me this coffee machine was because we’ve replaced all of our kitchen appliances with GE Profile and the stove top with Monogram.
