I love that it grinds fresh beans for every cup—no pods, no waste, just really good coffee. The flavor is noticeably better than pre-ground, and I can actually taste the difference. The smart features are super convenient too. I can start brewing from my phone while I’m still getting ready, and it’s ready by the time I hit the kitchen. A fine upgrade

This coffee pot was a nice upgrade for my kitchen. It replace a machine with dual stainless steel carafes. Combining grinding and brewing into one machine is as good as it gets! The device can make 2 pots before adding water or beans. The machine has been added to our home WiFi which opens unlimited possibilities. I mostly just push 2 buttons when I want coffee, On and Brew.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is the best coffee maker I’ve ever owned. Can control it from bed. Makes excellent coffee! Works seem less with the SmartHQ app.

Fantastic home coffee brewer. Few things it needs, but over all a great machine.
A heat element to keep the coffee warm longer would be nice. A larger capacity for beans would also be a good addition.

Solid Coffee Maker, Excellent Coffee

Overall coffee maker is great and brews excellent coffee. My only complaints are with the brew basket. It swings out to open and is sometimes difficult to close it back in place and requires some adjustment with the basket to get it right. Secondly, it would be nice when brewing individual cups of coffee to be able to use small coffee filters rather than the small size gold filter that is included. Does a great job grinding the beans and very configurable with grind size and temperature.

Has Pros & Cons

We have been using this coffee maker for many months now. The pros: the grinder is not loud, it's user friendly, and fairly easy to clean. The coffee pot does get a bit coffee stained but not sure that's avoidable. The cons: the bean hopper doesn't feed the coffee well, we have to stand over it and make sure the beans go into the grinder consistently, the coffee is not all that strong and we have everything set to the strongest settings. We also buy dark roast beans. Overall I love how quiet it is compared to other grind and brew coffee makers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
