Genius Idea

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are a large dog owner of a dog that likes to go outside this is for you. It is really a genius idea to make sure only your pet comes in and out of your house, and it also creates a nice seal unlike old fashioned dog doors. IT also gives your pet freedom to come and go as they please which saves you as the owner some effort! Installation was straightforward and you need to take a few minutes to train your dog, but then you are all set!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best new Connected Doggie Door

It is a wonderful product, brilliantly designed to help your furry friends get in and out when they are supposed to and keep the unwanted animals out. It is very easy to install and setup. This has helped us tremendously and I cant imagine life without this new doggie door!

Very sturdy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is very sturdy when installed. This was so easy to put in, and it is great for my larger dog. I love that we have several options for making the door open. This is a great safety feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this Petsafe smartdoor for my dogs. I'm so pleased with this product. Easy to install and set up and use. Works great. Perfect for my big dogs. Love the locking option so unwanted animals and pets dont come in. Perfect for our family and I'm sure it will be for you too. I highly recommend this brand and product.

There is definitely a fairly good amount of time to the learning curve to convince pets that the door is safe to pass but once anxieties disappear things work as intented for this pet door.

My dogs love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hesitant at first if my dogs would even know how to use it since they’re older, but turns out you can teach a dog new tricks. My younger dog absolutely loves it because he can go in and out as he pleases, but I love the lock function to keep the door closed if you want to keep your dogs in or outside. I wish I would’ve gotten one of these sooner.

Game changer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This solves the problem of safety of a pet door. I love that this is connected to me, and I have the control to open and close it. Our pets love the added access of being able to go outside when we aren't home, and I feel much safer knowing they have to have the collar on to get back in. Great idea! Install requires a bit of work and you do need to train your dogs to go through the door, but once everything is in place and everyone understands it really makes life a whole lot easier!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Mixed emotions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have mixed emotions about this product. It feels sturdy and durable, but it was a nightmare to install since I’m not too handy. It seems to be working well, and I appreciate all the included aspects on the App. It does use 4 D batteries, and I was dismayed that you needed to purchase a wall adapter separately. It also comes with only one pet key, so again, that is an additional charge if you have more than one pet like I do.
