disappointed lately

Been using your trays for several years and was very happy. However lately the trays have leaked on the floor and the smell is horrible after a week. I have 2 boxes and and 3 cats. Have always changed trays every 2 weeks but lately can't even last a week. I believe you have changed the quality of your product.Hoping things get better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works well; lasts half the time suggested

I appreciate the convenience of this product and find that it works well, overall. That being said the idea that one tray can last 20 to 30 days for a single cat is laughable. When I had one cat using the box I got, at the most, 11 to 12 days per tray. Since getting a kitten each of these trays is lasting no more than eight to nine days, and that's with a supplemental letterbox set up. I really like my ScoopFree letterbox and definitely recommend it to people, but I always tell them that the marketing hype is just that—hype.

You may find it helpful to know decreased life in a tray may occur when using the litter box with cats under the age of eight months old. This is because kittens produce a higher volume of waste and their stool will tend to be softer which can increase the likelihood for odor to be present.

Never smells

I don’t change these nearly as often as I should (life’s busy) but I never ever smell anything from my box, it doesn’t track out like other litters, and it’s so so easy to put the lid on and toss the tray to change it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
