Great Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked these trays very much. They were easy to set up with the litter, although it was very small, so it's really made for a small cat/kitten to use that doesn't make very much waste at a time.
The litter was very absorbent and smelled so good! My cat didn't mind the scented litter either.

Did not absorb the smell at all

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These state they can be changed every 30 days, however for us it is more like 2 weeks and we have just one cat. The smell lingers, but I gave it two stars since it is easy to clean, just not worth the money

Please know that the issue you have described is extremely unusual, as odor control is one of the features customers typically love most about the ScoopFree. That said though, there are several factors that can contribute to how well the crystals absorb including your cat's diet, age, and weight, as well as any additional environmental factors around the box.
Please ensure that the litter box and trays are not stored inside an area of high moisture or humidity such as a laundry room, bathroom, kitchen, etc. The crystals are very similar to the material used in baby diapers and their sole purpose is to absorb moisture and odor from both urine and feces. If the litter box has been placed in any of the before-mentioned areas, these places tend to have higher humidity than the rest of the home, which can significantly reduce the overall efficacy of the tray since the crystals are being used up more quickly as they absorb the moisture in the air. It would be important to relocate the box to a different place and ensure it is well-ventilated.
If your little box is not placed in one of these areas or you continue to notice atypical results for your litter trays, please feel free to reach out to us directly at 1-866-738-4379 for further assistance.

Great litter!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tokk some getting used to for my cats as they have always used clay litter, but once they were used to the smell and feeling they are using all the time. The crystals absorb the urine and smell so easily. If you look closely you will see a difference in color for the crystals that have been urinated on amd those that are still fresh. The litter lasts a lot longer than clay litter, so it doesn't need to be changed as often, with 3 cats it is a life saver!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to change

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The trays are super easy to change out. They come with a lid, so you just remove the litter system top, take the lid off the bottom of the tray and put it on the used tray to throw out. I like that the litter comes pre-measured in bags so it’s easy and mess free to set up a new tray.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a PetSafe self cleaning litter box (which is wonderful), but I was a little unsure about the crystal litter. This litter really works! It doesn't get caught in my cat's paws and there is truly no smell after my cat uses it. The trays are fantastic and easy to use. The really do last a whole month!

Controls Odor!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Scoopfree Premium Blue Crystal's Litter Trays 3 pack for the Scoopfree Selfcleaning Litter Box. We have 2 cats and this litter worked well. With 2 cats it says to change after 15 days depending on your cats. I changed between 10 to 12 days. It it a great feeling not to have to do the litter box all the time. I am amazed that it did not smell. The odor control is great! I would buy this product again.
