[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This litter box is absolutely amazing! It is literallly so easy to you and you don’t have to scoop cat litter ever again. How amazing is that. It keeps everything super clean and odor free and it’s a game changer! My favorite feature is the WiFi capability. My family travels a lot so this is literally a life saver for us.

Scoop free is the way to go!

After the box senses a cat, about 20 minutes go by and the automatic rake starts moving the solids into a trap door. It’s very quiet, you honestly don’t hear the rake moving. For one cat it lasts 30 days. It doesn’t completely eliminate odor since the solid waste is tucked under the door of the box and it’s slightly exposed. I just end up cleaning out the solid waste once a week and it eliminates that issue.

A god send!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are loving this litter box. My kitty loves it too. She is very picky about her box. We call her Queen and we named this Queen’s Throne. The litter tray is disposable and east to clean up.

The Smart Litterbox Really Works!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had cats for my entire life. The downside; I've always hated scooping the litter box. Enter the Petsafe Smart Self-Cleaning Litterbox! The setup was simple and straight forward. I really didn't know what to expect but I was surprised at how easy it was. Once I got everything put together and plugged it in, I connected it to my WiFi and downloaded the app from the Android app store which was quick and easy.
It's so cool how you can control the litter box from your phone! Also, you can monitor how many times your cat uses the litter box! My kitty isn't too old (7 yrs) and in good health. However, I like that I will be aware of any urinary tract issues if my cat should start to show signs of health concerns with increased urinary frequency etc. I gave this box 4 stars and not 5 because as I showed in photos using a measuring tape, if you have an older cat or a cat with mobility problems, they may not be able to climb in and out of it without some sort of step-aid. The upside of having the deep litterbox however, is that it's more likely to contain all the litter as your cat scratches around and less litter all over your floor!

Not For Older Cats

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish I could be giving this a better review, but unfortunately my 6 y/o cat never used it. After 2 weeks she seems to be scared of the noise as it is a little loud when it automatically rakes and she didn’t like the texture of the crystal litter it comes with. I did put some dirty litter in the new box so she can want to go in it but it didn’t work. It also didn’t do very well at scooping it out.
The idea of the box was great, it has an app that’s super easy to use but after 8 rakes it recommended a new tray of litter even though it was never used.
Overall I think this might work for a younger cat.

We're sorry to hear your cat has not yet used this box! Please know that this boxes can certainly be used by older cats.
We would recommend unplugging the box for awhile, and mingling some crystal with her litter in her other box. This will help mingle the scents and textures to help her adjust and accept the new material. Having the box unplugged and scooping as needed for awhile will also help her adjust to the box without the rake moving.

Amazing design and great quality .

It keeps my home out from bad odors and it has an extremely high quality also noise level is very low on it so I definitely recommend it to anyone it changed my daily routine for real.
