By far the best litter box for freshness, and comfort for the cat in your life!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This litter box is more capable than I imagined it would be, it has made my life and kitty’s life so much easier! When I received the box, there are quite a few pieces to put together, however, it has very clear written instructions that are easy to follow! The app is also easy to set up and gives you updates throughout the day about different things, for example it will tell you when you cat has used the litter box/been in the litter box. After set up, it’s not only beautiful but my cat immediately wanted to go and check it out, he usually is very skidding to change and new things, but he has lived it ever since the moment it was set up for him! I love how this litter box is lot only self cleaning, I not only get to skip out on the scooping which is amazing, but it smells so much better than his old litter box after use! This litter box seems extremely durable, yet comfortable and the noise is very quiet when it is cleaning itself. I have could recommend this to my family and friends who have cats every single time and rate it a 10/10! You may not think that you need something like this in your life, but I promise you will see how much value it brings to your life and your cat’s life after purchasing it!

Game changer. Takes a bit of set up.

This took a bit of time to put together and set up but completely worth the patience and learning you'll need to get it going. It comes with a QR code for instructions. After putting it together you need the App. The litter box only connects to 2.4 wifi NOT 5g Internet - but when it's set up it's fairly automatic. The app is cool. It tells you how often your cat has used it. Personally, I don't see myself using the app after the first couple of days.
A learning curve I found is you have to push the 'add' button before loading litter because it senses a cat is in there and won't work, if you skip this step.
I have two cats and they immediately took to it. They're a bit jumpy when it self cleans but it senses when they're in there and waits 3 minutes.
The self clean is AMAZING.
I'd recommended the clumping litter to remove urine bits, too.

Don't think twice! BUY IT NOW!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Holy crap! LITERALLY! Lol. This Pet Safe scoop free self-cleaning litter box is game changing for when it comes to owning cats!!! I dread scooping the cat box and cleaning up after our cat, Milo. I am so blown away by how amazing this works. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST HAVE! The QR code on the instructions provided was great. I assembled this self-cleaning cat box in under 30 minutes. The directions were very clear and easy to follow. My cat was immediately intrigued by this machine. He was sniffing around and checking it out. We put him in there a few times, and he quickly exited. We threw out his old regular little box, and just a few hours later, he was using his awesome new litter box. This is perfect for him because he is a very clean cat and does not like any clumps in his cat box. I love how there is an app, and you can control this device from your phone, and it gives helpful information such as weights and times of bathroom usage. Another amazing feature is that there is a child lock option. My 3 year old is very curious and likes to push buttons, so this feature is so helpful. We have the box set to clean automatically after our kitty goes to the bathroom, and you can always clean whenever you like. Milo has plenty of room to use the bathroom in the unit. I have noticed when he jumps out that sometimes he does get the tiniest bit of litter on the floor from his feet, but that's no problem for me considering. I did buy a cat mat to put down just for easier clean-up. There is an oder control too. We have placed this self-cleaning litter box in our living room, and if you have a male cat, you know their pee isn't the most pleasant, but we do not smell it at all! When the cleaning cycle comes on, we do not hear it either. It's very quiet! As a cat owner, I could not go back to a traditional cat box after being spoiled with this one. It is now day 4 of usage, and there is still plenty of room in the waste storage unit for more bathroom trips. This is a solid 100/10!! I couldn't recommend a better product to make life just a little bit easier!

Not for Me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t know if I got a defective one, but I could not get this to work properly for me. I never got the prompt to add litter like the instructions said it would, and it kept activating itself then stopping halfway thinking that there was a cat inside. I’m sorry I am not able to give a more in-depth review, but I just couldn’t get this product to work for me.

Useful while away

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While the litter pan came well packed, it had to be fully assembled with many pieces of to be put together and this took considerable time. My senior cat with arthritis was unable to go into the pan due to how high it sits above the ground. My younger cat likes the pan and got use to it quickly. It is quiet to operate, but I found the unit to be cumbersome but worth accommodating because the benefits outweigh this aspect of the product. As someone who already scoops the litter multiple times a day, it is helpful to have that done while I am away from home and unable to do it myself.

Easy to assemble

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product in exchange for my honest opinion. It is very easy to assemble if you follow the detailed instructions. It also has some letters and numbers to guide you. It comes with everything necessary to assemble. Gloves, trash bags for the litter, a screwdriver to screw the bolts. It even comes with some air fresheners that go on the litter box drawer. The noise level is great. It is not loud It rotates slowly. The only downside as of now is that the litter pan flips over when the litter is being cleaned. That makes some litter fall out. Not sure if I did something wrong or if it's just the way it is. It has to be connected to WiFi which was not hard to do. The pairing was easy. I can see everything on my phone and even change the settings. I highly recommend this product. It will make my life way less stressful when it comes to litter odor control and maintenance.

Good time saver

However, its large size is a drawback, as it didn't fit my original litter box position in the bathroom. I have to place it in the bedroom. Pretty quiet when cleaning so not a big deal. While generally effective, my large baby’s pee sometimes sticks to the inner wall. Despite this, the self-cleaning feature works well, making it a great time-saver. Overall, it's a good investment for cat owners seeking convenience and ease of use.
