Scaredy Cat- Acclimation Issue

I have had this amazing scoop free litter box for four months now and my cat will still not use it. I have tried every method I’ve found online but he is still afraid of it and would rather go in the floor than use this box. I feel like I’ve wasted so much money. I’m very disappointed and frustrated because the box itself is amazing- great quality and sleek design- he just won’t use the dang thing. Any advice?
I would recommend this to a friend!

We're so sorry to hear your cat is not yet using this box! Though you may have already done so, we would recommend unplugging the box and allowing your cat to use it fully unplugged for a few days. It may also help to mix litter from his prior box in with this box, to help mingle the scents.

Not 100% satisfied for the price!

I purchased this litter box for 2 kittens. I am a little disappointed. The kittens see or hear it cleaning and they jump in and stop it when they can see the drawer from inside and dig in it. This product needs a door or something while doing the cleaning cycle, especially since it exposes the drawer. I don't highly recommend.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little self cleaning litter box is SO awesome. At first my kitties didn’t know what I signed them up for but then they starting using it. There isn’t any oder when they use the bathroom. It’s so nice. And I don’t have to change the bag until the app alerts me to. 10/10 for sure. No more scooping poop for me haha

Over all nice product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was very easy to put together. I love the trash bags that come with it. I love the fact that it has something to put for smell. It's not super loud, but u can get to hear it. I do wish it came with steps or something 2 make it easier for my cats to get in out of.

Controls odor like no other. Keeps the litter clean consistently. Will let you know when you need to refill or clean out the waste below. Absolutely love this product. Could not recommend enough!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Odor control is given a lot lighter the cleaning of it is very effective waste disposal how it cleans and goes in a pan with trash bag is convenient the cleaning of the poop is very helpful and just remember to take out the clear tray to clean if poop gets stuck it’s a very quiet cleaner no noise barley stand all dirty time using trying to get used to it but I think I’m getting it down exspcially with the app

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My cats went straight in once I put it up! Everything can be controlled by the app. I love it for them! It’s not loud when it cleans so it won’t scare them as well as having great odor control! The instructions for clean up is easy to follow too!
