No issues! Works great for 2 kittens

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So pumped to get to try this scoop free litter box, as I was looking to purchase one for my daughter's room. It looks so much better than a standard covered box and helps to keep the room smelling fresh. One step in the assembly had me super frustrated but it was my fault and after figuring out what I did wrong, it was fine. App setup was easy and works well. The cleaning works well, just be sure to have enough litter in the bin, otherwise it won't clean properly. Every so often I have to scoop something that is stuck, but its usually only if I let the litter get too low. We rescued two kittens and although they were a little apprehensive to enter and use it, they now use it without a problem. One still is scared when it starts the cleaning cycle, but doesn't keep her from using it. The bin holds a lot of waste and we haven't had any issue with smell at all. The scent disk works great. I only have to empty it every 2 weeks or so. Recommend keeping the cats current litter box next to it for a while until its used to it so you don't end up with any accidents.
My daughter's kitten sleeps with her and we have this in her room and never experience odors. Nicely designed, works well, and not so ugly to look at if its in your living space where its visible. If you have a large cat, it may be a little on the small side. Our 2 adult cats look massive in it, but our 8 month old kittens fit well.
Zero issues after 3 months of use. Highly recommend.

No smell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this. I have used 1/2 box of litter in a month maybe 6 weeks. I only got 2 big cat. But still great. But it is big and bulky. That’s the only little bad thing. But I do live it and I do believe my chases loves it. No Oder , no cleaning it. It’s great.

This is a great smart litter box. It works smoothly and quietly. However, there are a few things that I’ve learned that I think could be adjusted in future models. 1. I think that the size of litter space within the box should be wider. Tall/lengthy cats end up peeing on the back/side walls of the box due to not having quite enough space. 2. The app malfunctions when the litter is full and isn’t immediately dumped. I received 30+ notifications overnight when the bin filled at night. Maybe a warning notification prior to it being completely full could help this.

great litter box when it was working however only made it about a year . Constant sensor error issues even after following instructions, drum broke . Top cover never wanted to connect . App always kicked me out . Delay on notifications

Cleaning cycle Failure

Love the product. It worked for 13 months, but now we have to manually reset every time the cats uses the box. New sensors might be necessary. We cleaned them with a Qtip, but it didn't help.

So far I love this!! We have two cats and have tried several other types of boxes and left tons of messes in the wake of such…. This is quiet, and so far is great! The cats are very curious and have been in and out but it has tracked everything, I love how it gives me a break down of when they were in and out of the box etc! Def worth the money so far!
I would recommend this to a friend!
