This error typically indicates the cover is not installed, or not installed as intended. We would recommend first checking that the cover is installed properly over the sphere, aligned as indicated on the top of the cover. It can also help to ensure the magnets on both ends of the cover are securely in place; there should be four of these magnets.

If this does not resolve the issue, the box may need to be disassembled and reassembled following the instructions to ensure all parts are assembled correctly.

Poor design and function

I’ve had this litter box for months now and the app doesn’t notify, even if I have all the notification settings on. The litter-box is not re-calibrating itself, which means the weight is jot tracked correctly and it doesn’t stop when the cat is inside. And the waste bin doesn’t seal in the smell. I have to change the bin every 4-5 days with just one cat. Ultimately, i don’t feel safe with this product for my cat.

Does not say when it needs to be cleaned

I’m supposed to have a middle light on this cat box that tells me when it needs to be changed the said light has not worked since day one so when I called Pet safe, they sent me a new one and the new ones doing the exact same thing as my original

Disgusting

It’s great if you don’t mind poop/pee litter continually smearing all over the inside globe. Also every cycle the clumps of litter (feces and urine clumps) will be cycled out on to the floor instead of the bottom tray. My cats didn’t appear to like the smears of feces all around them after a cycle. So I had to manually clean the globe after every cycle so they weren’t surrounded by disgusting clumps on the inside. The tray underneath the litter box had to be emptied twice a day and wouldn’t alert a full box until much later so pulling it out would mean dirty litter clumps all in the floor. Can you believe this crappy junk, literally, made my life so much easier? No! Do not waste a penny. Will be returning asap. Using a spatula to scrape chucks of crap off the insides is not better than scooping.

Not good. Not a fan!

I'm not a fan! Little dumps out the corner when it comes back to reset. The grey platform will not stay in the socket. Super unhappy with this expensive purchase.

Terrible motor

Motor went bad after 1 year, not covered by warranty. Horrible investment. The liter box never even worked that great when it did, bad odor even when cleaning often, liter always gets kicked out, barely big enough for an adult cat, not worth the price. Just spend the extra money on a liter robot. Wish I did.

Get idea poor execution.

Bought two months ago. Will not stay connected to wifi. We are in the 21st century. Should be able to connect to a 5g network. Not a 2.4g network. Just saying get with the century. We have a new product that is supposed to provide convenience but only works on 2.4g network.

Just as with many other current electronics this box does use 2.4 GHz as this provides longer range within the home and is therefore ideal for use with smart devices. The vast majority of routers are dual band, so you should be able to quickly select the correct band and reconnect your box.

This is terrible, especially for the price!

This litter box worked well for about a week, although it is too small for a normal adult cat. Since the first week, I've had nothing but issues with it. It gets stuck in the dump position, shows the drawer needs to ne changed, even if I just changed it, gets stuck mid cycle and does this every day. I ha e to unplug it, wait 10 seconds, then manually spin it. It is also constantly sending an error code to my phone (pictured). When I get that code, I have to take it apart and put it back together again before it will work. I bought this less than 3 month ago. I do not recommend. Completely waste of time and money. I'd like to return it for a full refund.
