Not good. Not a fan!

I'm not a fan! Little dumps out the corner when it comes back to reset. The grey platform will not stay in the socket. Super unhappy with this expensive purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Five days without scooping litter has been BLISS

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is kind of a riot. Kiki is still adjusting to her Japanese toilet of litter boxes and LOVES watching the clean cycle. It’s mostly easy to transport, and unexpectedly so easy to assemble— I had put it off for days and then it took 10 minutes! It’s pretty darn chic for a litter box. The wood legs and materials look way more appealing than similar less expensive litter boxes. Unexpectedly, I understand why they are worth the high price. I didn’t realize how amazing it is to never scoop litter and now I am a changed person.
My one drawback is that my cat likes to pee near the back along the seams of the plastic so I have still had to wipe off with a spray cleaner a couple times, but I think she’s getting the hang of it.
Lastly, I loved that the litter I already had stock piled worked with it perfectly. I will probably switch from the flushable tofu litter I have since it can create a lot of bulk, but actually think that I can perhaps save some money on litter now.

Great litter box

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is sturdy and large self cleaning litter box. It performs very well and holds a lot of clean litter. The actual box it’s self isn’t too heavy which is good for transport.

Improves a not so fun chore!

Set up was really easy as the instructions walk you through each step and then the app install and connection was really simple. I appreciate that they tell you to have your cat use the litter box unplugged for the first few days before turning it on so they can adjust a little at a time. The noise of the machine is really minimal which is a plus for small spaces. The best thing about this machine is unlike others, you can use whatever litter you already use so your cat doesn’t have to adjust to a new litter. It has been so nice to not have to scoop every morning and my cat has adjusted well! I could see a downside to this being it doesn’t have stairs for older cats and that it can track litter hopping out. Overall, I’m super happy with the product!

Lovely litter box

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was soooooooooooo excited to be selected for this program. I got it and put it out for the cats and they are scared to death of it. My cats are some little chickens. I left it out for a week and they refused to use it! I was so upset because it could have made my life a little easier. So I had to put it back in the box and get it away from them. Broke my heart. I will definitely wait awhile and try again. Hopefully they will come around to it. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻

When you do try the box again, we would recommend placing it near their current box, and mingling some of their old litter in with the new. That will help combine the scents and should help encourage them to try the new box. We would also recommend leaving it unplugged for some time to give them a chance to acclimate to the new box without it moving or making sounds, etc.

Seriously amazing self cleaning liter box!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This literally box is fantastic!!! We have had other self cleaning boxes but nothing compares to this! It fits perfectly in the corner of the bathroom and has very little odor due to the quick emptying process. The app is a nice feature as well! The waste bin holds a lot so you don’t have to empty it every day. Perfect for out of town trips!

Smart scoop litter box

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product in exchange for my honest review. I was skeptical at first about this product because of how it is labeled self cleaning. I didn't think it would work as well as it actually does. This pet safe smart scoop litter box is genius. It is very quiet when it is working and it doesn't leave any major smells. The setup was extremely easy and programming was an easy setup. It seems very durable and I think my cat is getting used to it. It does get rid of most all the waste when that happens. I think this is a great concept and works very well if you have a busy lifestyle and need additional help taking care of things around the house. I highly recommend this product.
