This is my first experience with a self-cleaning litter box, and I have really enjoyed it. The box itself works great! The part that is making me crazy and why I only gave it 3 stars is because we cannot get the app to work. We've spent a great deal of time and research on it, and it seems like our whole house would need to be on a different WiFi speed for it to work. So that's been really frustrating.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Most convenient litter box I've had. Did take me a while to get used to it, and one of my cats was a little hesitant at first, but we're both getting a long with the changes now, and I appreciate how much easier it is for me. I can't really speak for the cats except they are using it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am absolutely amazed by this litter box! I took it out the box and it took about 10 minutes to get together, it was very easy! Setting it up with your phone on the app is easy as well as connecting it to your WiFi. SO EASY! This also came with the little tool to screw the few screws in, it came with 2 litter deodorizers as well as bags for the the bottom that catches the litter! This is a self cleaning litter box, it tells you when your cat is in the litter box, it tells you for how long & it cleans itself after!!! All the hard work of cleaning a little box and scooping out poo thank god is over for me with this. I could not be more grateful for having this product. With who children ( 1 being a baby) this just makes life with a kitty easier for me! This product is AMAZING I LOVE IT! It is well worth it to have one. I’m so thankful this is an option to own! I’m just so happy with this 🤗

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the PetSafe ScoopFree Smart Spin Self-Cleaning Litter Box! It’s quiet, compact, and super easy to set up. I absolutely love the PetSafe deodorizer — it keeps everything smelling fresh, and there’s no lingering odor after my cats use it.
It’s also whisper quiet, which is a huge plus since it doesn’t startle the cats or disturb anyone in the house. There’s plenty of space inside the globe, and my cats feel comfortable using it. Despite the roomy design, it doesn’t take up much floor space, which I really appreciate.
When I first set it up, my kitties were so curious — they honestly thought it was a spaceship and couldn’t stop investigating it! 🐾
Overall, I’m really happy with this litter box. Between the modern look, odor control, and quiet performance, it’s definitely worth having for a cleaner, fresher home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Noise was quiet very durable my kitties enjoyed it took a little for them to get use to but it was a breeze after they did controls odor well and helps reduce waste disposal I really liked how it came with the extras and that it tracks my cats health knowing this has been essentially great for me and my pets!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The smartpin shifts cat clumps into a sealed deodorizer waste bin. This helps control odor compared to the old cat litter bin. What I like the most is my cat Pepper always has fresh litter without scooping and when I am running late just a click from the app and it’s done so pepper always has a fresh spot to do her business. This really cuts down on time when you’re in a hurry for work.
I did find using Arm & Hammer works better than Tidy litter. But depends on how often you cycle your litter too.
Quite when cycling your litter which is a huge plus for pepper. She hates noise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are so excited to have this. I love that there is a deodorization cartridge. The cats were a little unsure at first. But they got the hang of it after about an hour or so of it being in their space and them being left alone to explore. It was a little confusing to put together at first. But all in all it took me under 10 minutes to assemble. I would suggest assembling it where you’re going to place it. The noise level is insignificant, I can’t hear it unless I’m set to it. I love that it will not clean until after the cat sensor is no longer activated. You can adjust how long after in the app. I highly recommend this litter box
