Bought this to replace my broken litter robots I had for 5 years, I will admit I was skeptical but it proofed me wrong! The cycle is quiet, I like how you can monitor via the app. I really like how the litter and wast doesn’t stick inside the globe like it does with the litter robot, makes cleaning super easy, the wast bin is large so you only need to empty it very often. Overall very happy, will definitely buy another once I need to replace my other box.

No longer a daily chore

Bought this for my mom who got a new cat and has dementia so she wouldn't have to scoop as often. 11 year old cat took to it right away. We did put a stool in front of it because he has weakness in his hind legs. Don't have to empty more than once a week. Found we didn't need the deodorizer pods and can use regular bathroom trash bags for much cheaper. Like that I can see his weight in the app (he lost weight we he was moved so many times so good to monitor that the weight loss has stopped).

This error typically indicates the cover is not installed, or not installed as intended. We would recommend first checking that the cover is installed properly over the sphere, aligned as indicated on the top of the cover. It can also help to ensure the magnets on both ends of the cover are securely in place; there should be four of these magnets.
If this does not resolve the issue, the box may need to be disassembled and reassembled following the instructions to ensure all parts are assembled correctly.

Poor design and function

I’ve had this litter box for months now and the app doesn’t notify, even if I have all the notification settings on. The litter-box is not re-calibrating itself, which means the weight is jot tracked correctly and it doesn’t stop when the cat is inside. And the waste bin doesn’t seal in the smell. I have to change the bin every 4-5 days with just one cat. Ultimately, i don’t feel safe with this product for my cat.

This is terrible, especially for the price!

This litter box worked well for about a week, although it is too small for a normal adult cat. Since the first week, I've had nothing but issues with it. It gets stuck in the dump position, shows the drawer needs to ne changed, even if I just changed it, gets stuck mid cycle and does this every day. I ha e to unplug it, wait 10 seconds, then manually spin it. It is also constantly sending an error code to my phone (pictured). When I get that code, I have to take it apart and put it back together again before it will work. I bought this less than 3 month ago. I do not recommend. Completely waste of time and money. I'd like to return it for a full refund.

Not 100% satisfied for the price!

I purchased this litter box for 2 kittens. I am a little disappointed. The kittens see or hear it cleaning and they jump in and stop it when they can see the drawer from inside and dig in it. This product needs a door or something while doing the cleaning cycle, especially since it exposes the drawer. I don't highly recommend.

Scaredy Cat- Acclimation Issue

I have had this amazing scoop free litter box for four months now and my cat will still not use it. I have tried every method I’ve found online but he is still afraid of it and would rather go in the floor than use this box. I feel like I’ve wasted so much money. I’m very disappointed and frustrated because the box itself is amazing- great quality and sleek design- he just won’t use the dang thing. Any advice?

We're so sorry to hear your cat is not yet using this box! Though you may have already done so, we would recommend unplugging the box and allowing your cat to use it fully unplugged for a few days. It may also help to mix litter from his prior box in with this box, to help mingle the scents.
