Nothing but problems

I bought this liter box 6 months ago and I have nothing but issues with it. It malfunctions every 2-3 days, often times not notifying me of the issue and leaving my cats without anywhere to use the bathroom. Thankfully sometimes they come tell me but not always. The waste bin is also extremely small, it fills up within a matter of a few days, might as well have a regular litter box for as often as I am attending to this one. The unit itself is very small as well, if you have larger cats it will not work for you. A complete and total waste of money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that the litter pan cleans itself, however, my cart is still able to kick litter out of it and I am vacuuming on a daily basis I was hoping that but design this wouldn't happen but it is.
Had the Smartspin for a couple of weeks now, and it works great. We also own the most popular brand, and this unit seems just as good to me. I did a deep clean on it today and it only took about 10 minutes or so. The app works well and messages me when the litter bin is full. Hard to find anything wrong with it so far.
Does not fully clean all litter box to add more clean one

Not too bad

My one and only issue is that after about 2 months of use it has now stopped showing me any sort of data in the app. I know my cats are using it and I know it dumping what they’ve done into the litter pan because I have eyes and can see what’s been done but the big issue is that I’m now not reviewing data and I would like to see which cat is using the litter robot and which one is using the regular one. I did end up taking my sphere off and outside to wash it recently to see if it would give me some data and because I was moving houses. Other than not giving me the data I do like the litter robot. I work over nights 12.5 hour shifts so I’m not always able to scoop the litter box and this makes my job a lot easier
I would recommend this to a friend!

Waste of money

Does not work well with clumping liter as it calls for. Does not empty all the way when cleaning. The app interface is useless. Do not waste your money.

Does not say when it needs to be cleaned

I’m supposed to have a middle light on this cat box that tells me when it needs to be changed the said light has not worked since day one so when I called Pet safe, they sent me a new one and the new ones doing the exact same thing as my original
