Great litter box.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This litter box works great! I have 6 cats so it gets a workout. It is very well made and helps control the odor. Noise level is a little loud but not unbearable. I like that it tells me when a cat has used it and the approximate weight of each cat. I also love that if it senses a cat or a human during its cleaning cycle it automatically stops until it is clear. Litter draw is easy to access and clean. It's big enough that my 15 pound cat can fit into it.

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This modern litter box is purrfect fur the pampered kitty and peace of mind for their cat parent. The rotation that empties the container is the lowest motor hum that shouldn’t scare even the most noise sensitive cat. It came with everything I needed to build, even trash bags and deodorant EXCEPT the litter! That’s kind of important. You would think they would give you a little trial bag of litter or something. Other than that, this litter receptacle works, looks great and is a manageable size for most rooms.

Beats Litter Robot!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Note: In some ways, I’m comparing this to the Litter Robot, which we also have.
This came unassembled, but was really easy to put together and get set up. It came with an extra filter and a bunch of small trash bags (I think you could use other bags just fine, but haven’t run out yet so haven’t tried) and also with different adapters for the plug for multiple countries. We’ve had it set up for a couple weeks now and it’s much less loud than the Litter Robot. It’s also less smelly - we had a LOT of problems with the Litter Robot smelling like pee and would have returned it but we were past the window. So far, this box also seems to have less clumps of litter that stick to the bottom, too. I feel much more comfortable about deep cleaning it because I know how it goes together and there aren’t any weird confusing parts (Litter Robot had a magnet come out that I still can’t figure out). I like that it’s up on legs, so even with the drawer I can sweep under it. The entrance and the box itself are very small, but my cats are all petite so that’s not an issue for me - if I had big cats, it wouldn’t work. Really happy with it and would choose this box over the Litter Robot any day.

Eliminates daily litter box scooping and controls odors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am giving the PetSafe ScoopFree SmartSpin 4 stars because I can see where there would be room for improvement on this product, but I do not have any other experiences with self cleaning litter boxes.
I have 2 cats who are 11 & 12, had them both since they were kittens. I've tried many different litter box strategies in an attempt to reduce the hassle of this chore over the years! This is the first automatic cleaning litterbox I've tried, and it would certainly be hard to go back to a traditional litter box after using this!!
I haven't had issues with the app disconnecting from the litter box, and I found the interface very simple and user friendly, which is great. I use fresh step litter (clumping) and it has worked just fine in the SmartSpin. One of my cats is very obese(21 pounds), and she has no problem fitting in here. However, I did make a little wooden step for her, because she is not nimble and the opening is a bit high off the ground. A thin, young, nimble cat should be fine without this though.
The only con I have is that once or twice (in the last couple weeks) my cat had a "wetter" poop, and it stuck to the side of the box and did not come off during the cleaning rotation. Gross. It is a bit of a hassle to wipe down, so next time I'll try tossing some baking soda on the sides to hopefully reduce any poo sticking.

Absolutely amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was absolutely amazing. It controlled the smell of my cat’s litter. There was zero noise level, it was surprisingly quit! And it was really easy to clean and maintain! It also is a lot smaller than other boxes like this making it easier to put in spaces.

This litterbox is AMAZING!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This litter box is amazing. It has a feature that recognizes when a cat gets in and cleans itself after a certain amount of time. It also has an app attached to it, but I wasn't able to attach the litterbox to the app, but it still works on its own without the app. It has a max level of litter that goes into it, but I would say put in less than that because as it spins, it will dump extra litter out with the waste. You can also push the button on the front to have it do a cycle as well. It's easy to dispose of with the tray in the bottom. I am LOVING this litterbox!
