[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dog absolutely loves this fountain. The constant flow keeps it cold, which she loves. The bowl itself is a really nice size, but you do have to fill it up pretty consistently because even if it’s not empty it still needs a decent amount for the fountain part to run. I don’t mind though, especially because I know how fast my dog goes through water, so I’m used to it. Overall it was super easy to set up and we’ve had no problems with it.

Quiet, but not quiet enough for our cat

Quiet operation, but it’s still too loud for our cat, as she does drink from it when the device is unplugged. We’ll continue to use it in the hopes that she’ll acclimate, but be warned for your own cat.

Fast easy setup with an LED reminder light.

It is very easy to set up. I rinsed all the parts as the instructions said to do. Took about a minute to put it back together.
Add the water plugged it in, and it starts flowing that quick.
Holds 90 ounces of water and has a low water indicator light that will let you know to add more water.
Comes with all you need so your pet has a constant flow of fresh water.
Most convenient pet fountain around.
No pump to clean
Dish washer safe.
I've recommended to all my friends and family.

Fountain stops pumping and won't fill

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to receive this to use indoors for my cats, but unfortunately I could not get the fountain to work properly. I followed the instructions carefully and added the water, but when I turn it on it stops flowing after a couple seconds. I have gone over everything to make sure I was not missing anything, but have not been able to get it to work. The only thing I can see that it might be is the filter. It is very thick and may be causing it to not be able to pull the water through it? I may have just received a faulty fountain and really wish I had gotten one that worked.

This is super easy to assemble and can be done in mere minutes. It is dish washer safe and quiet. Two very important factors when choosing a pet water fountain. My three rescue cats are sensitive to loud sounds and this one only has the sound of water with it. I filled mine with fresh filtered water and they took to it right away. This fountain hands down is better than all of the other brands that I have tried. The cats absolutely love it.
