Quit working the same night I bought it

Worked for 5 hours then the red light started blinking saying water was low when in fact it was full.

We bought it in December and it just quit working last night and leaked all the water on the kitchen floor. Will not be buying another as it doesn't last.

Didn't work right out the box + leaks

Title says it all. Picked this up from petsmart and it didn't even work for one minute. So I tried to just use it as a regular water bowl but it LEAKS ALL OVER THE FLOOR. So ridiculous.

HORRIBLE

This was an awful experience. This fountain completely stopped working after 3 weeks. It is loud and the LES light broke. It now constantly flashes blue. It now does not circulate any water, the blue light just flashes. This is a terrible product. DO NOT buy it - waste of money!

Convenient!

Easy to set up and works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I have had another water fountain for my cat before and it was incredibly hard to set up and clean. But this is actually super easy. You can take the pieces apart to clean and even put them in the dishwasher. You do need to buy replacement filters. So far my cat is not drinking from it as much as he did with his old water bowl. So i’m going to just wait and see. But in all seriousness I was pleasantly surprised with how easy this is. I also love how clean it keeps his water bowl now!

My pug likes it so far!

I do agree that this is very tech savvy. It is dishwasher safe and easy to clean & use. At night time, there.is a sensor to slow water. And there. Is a LED alert for low water and filter change.

The subdued operation of the fountain keeps disruptions to a minimum, creating a serene atmosphere for both me and my pet.
I appreciate the elevated bowl design, as it promotes comfortable drinking for my pet. The height is just right, preventing any unnecessary strain on my pet's neck while they enjoy a refreshing sip. It's a thoughtful touch that adds to the overall convenience of the fountain.
However, it's worth noting that the PetSafe 90 oz Pumpless Pet Fountain lacks a filtration system, a feature present in some other models. I find this to be a plus for me- the other brands make the filters ridiculously expensive for what they are- so for me this is a better l, bigger long term more affordable solution- my old pet water fountain is in a pile to be donated as we speak!
