[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this! Keeps the water kind of cool throughout the day! The blue light allows you to know everything g is working smoothly. And if it’s flashing red, or solid red, something is going on and needs to be fixed. Whether it’s a part in wrong, needs a cleaning or whatever it may be. I’ve had a few moments where it flashed red. Once was cause it needed a cleaning, another time I cleaned it and it was still red, so I left it unplugged for a day or 2 and now works smoothly again! Definitely recommend for your furry friend!

EXCELLENT KITTY FOUNTAIN

I have purchased 3 fountains prior to this one, the "Outlast" is by far superior to the others! the fountain was extremely easy to assembly and use. My 2 cats took to it immediately. Would definitely recommend and purchase again.

Best pet fountain I ever bought!

Over the last 15 years I've gone through several water fountains this is the best made quietest and it seems that it's going to last. It's easy to clean if you get any scum you can't get out use hot water and vinegar soak it and rinse, it will come clean. The light is the most annoying thing about it they could've really gone a different direction with that, it's annoying but once you get it down it's easy to deal with. Going to buy a second unit for upstairs.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have bought this product twice this year and within 8 weeks they have both stopped working. I followed the instructions for cleaning and filling the bowl and the motor stopped working both times. Don’t bother buying this product

Didn't last a week

The motor broke after a week. I kept the water level high enough and made sure to keep the filter clean. When I unplug it and plug it back in, you hear the motor click and then the light goes from blue to red (even though the water level is fine). If I could give it a 0, I would. I just replaced my old pet fountain after about 3 and a half years of use. I do not recommend this brand.

Everyone should have one

I bought this a month ago because my cat was just not drinking enough and it was affecting her health. I read that cats like running water so I decided to try. WOW what a difference! Plus this is pumples (great) and easy to clean and use. When I had an issue with the lights the support was fast and friendly! It turned out to be something I had overlooked. I’d highly recommend this product!

We had this fountain for 3 weeks. The filter was due for a change. Changed the filter and now only blinks red.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
