We had this fountain for 3 weeks. The filter was due for a change. Changed the filter and now only blinks red.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst thing I ever bought

I bought this fountain about a month and a half ago. I have to fill it to the too every other day to keep the red light off I had to change the filter at 10 days. I would of taken it back had my kids not destroyed the box. I literally just cleaned it yesterday and put new water in it and the red light came on tonight. The filter doesn’t allow the water to flow well to keep the smaller reservoir full. Will never buy this product again.

Stopped working after 1wk

I got this one week ago and it is already stopped working when you plug it in and put the water in it starts spinning and then stops this thing is a piece of junk and im super disappointed

Complete waste of money

I can’t say enough bad things about this pet fountain. We have had nothing but trouble with it from the very first day. Sometimes the pump works, and it will dispense water, other times it just turns off and does not work at all. The red light will come on when the bowl is full, the blue light will blink for no reason, all of the instructions about how to reset the light do not work. It has a complete mind of its own. I would not waste a dime on this product, if you were considering getting a pet fountain for your pet I would highly recommend finding a different pet fountain. This one is complete garbage. A complete waste of money.

Too noisy

I like the look and ease of cleaning but do not like how noisy it is! I wish i were able to slow the flow to fix that problem. Still waiting to see if my cat will even warm to it.

For cats who are uncertain about flowing water, it typically will help to leave the fountain unplugged for a few days and allow them to drink from it as a bowl for some time. Once they are comfortable, most timid cats will then accept the fountain when it is plugged back in.

Bad Design - Breaks Easily

Had many replaced and finally gave up. Blinks red after time. ALWAYS after cleaning and replacing the filter, no matter how safe we are to protect 'the engine' from water damage. They need to shield this off better and/or give concise directions on how to clean it and what NOT to do if we're doing something wrong. When it works, it works well, again until you need to clean it. Which you SHOULD do - every 2-3 weeks.

Water damage to the electronic components can usually be prevented by only ever filling the fountain from the bowl, and making sure to never submerge or rinse the base but wipe it down with a damp cloth instead. If you did wish to try this fountain again and have not tried those specific steps, they would likely be helpful in preventing this issue.

Not worth the money

Not worth the money! Bought less than 2 months ago and it stopped working after 2 months. The motor rubs until the bowl is placed on it the it stops again. Light is ALWAYS red even when full. I have tried all the troubleshooting I can except spend more money to replace the motor!

We can see that you were able to contact our team for further troubleshooting, and we have a replacement fountain set up for you.
Though we cannot be certain what may have caused this particular issue, in case this information is helpful in the future it is worth mentioning that we do recommend always filling the fountain from the bowl and never the tower, and filling to just below the top of the white base. This can help prevent moisture from getting into the motor area and causing damage.
