HORRIBLE

This was an awful experience. This fountain completely stopped working after 3 weeks. It is loud and the LES light broke. It now constantly flashes blue. It now does not circulate any water, the blue light just flashes. This is a terrible product. DO NOT buy it - waste of money!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're so sorry to hear you've had difficulty with your fountain! It is crucial to mention that a blinking blue light does not mean your fountain is broken; this would be normal after 3 weeks. This light reminds you that it is time to change the filter.
To turn this light off, press the light/status button down until it stops blinking, typically around 10 seconds.

Isn’t noisy and easy to assemble

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super easy to put together, the quality of the parts and plastic seem pretty durable. I love that it’s super quiet and adds a peaceful water sound in the background. Super easy to take apart and clean or move it to a different location. My cat enjoys it and helps keep her water fresh.

Perfect for cats

Reliable source of water for your pets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It came packaged well. It very easy to set up, my 11 year old did it by himself. The unit top is clear so you can see the cleanliness of the water. The light in the back gives you a visual of water level. Its pump-less water action is unique and provides an interesting way to move water. The only negative is that the frequency of filling the water reservoir seems higher than the previous water fountain that we had. Overall, a solid choice to give your pet a fresh drink consistently.

Sturdy and holds a lot of water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised on how big the fountain is! It looks sturdy and was easily put together. I don’t like that you can’t turn off the lights so they will always be on. The water runs also continuously. My cats did not like it at first, at least not while it was plugged in. It took them two days after unplugging it to go near it and they have been drinking out of it. I think, if the lights could be turned off, they would have attempted to drink with the water running. Overall it’s a great product for cats or small dog that holds a good amount of water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My girls love this. They are very picky and don't like standing water so this is perfect for them. Easy set up and great for the pets. This is very light weight so easily can be taken with. Instructions are awesome and make things easier.

Cat loves

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly didn’t expect much, but this fountain is awesome. My cat prefers running water and has a habit of turning on the sink for it.
This fountain is super quiet, really easy to clean, and holds enough water to last a few days. The filter keeps things fresh, and it keeps the boy refreshed.
Only downside: the power cord could be a bit longer.
Overall, it has kept my sink from running while I am gone so I’m satisfied.
