[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this! Keeps the water kind of cool throughout the day! The blue light allows you to know everything g is working smoothly. And if it’s flashing red, or solid red, something is going on and needs to be fixed. Whether it’s a part in wrong, needs a cleaning or whatever it may be. I’ve had a few moments where it flashed red. Once was cause it needed a cleaning, another time I cleaned it and it was still red, so I left it unplugged for a day or 2 and now works smoothly again! Definitely recommend for your furry friend!

Best Cat Fountain EVER!!!

I have used cat fountains in the past and they all had pumps. Even if they the manufacturer tried to make it as quiet as possible, it'd still have a sound. I got this 3 weeks ago and it has been the best purchase I've made. My cat wasn't drinking and was often rushing to the kitchen sink for a drink. I bought this after seeing the faucet-like spout with a bowl at the bottom. I did as instructed (SUPER EASY SET UP) and plugged it in. My cat has never been happier and there is no sound except for the water, acting like a white noise machine for relaxation. The engineer who designed this deserves so much praise! The way it works is using a cone in a cylinder and spinning the cone around causing the water to rise until it spills out of the faucet. They also added a nob below the faucet so the water doesn't splash and gently goes into the bowl. I also LOVE the indicator light they installed in it. It glows blue all the time when the water is at a good capacity, but the moment the water starts to get even a little low the light will turn red and stay red until you refill to the amount it's happy with. It is so simple and easy to assemble/disassemble that it can't even be considered assembling at all!!!! This is a miracle cat drinking fountain and it has saved me sleepless nights from my unhappy kitty. Thank you PetSafe!!!!! This design is the best I could have asked for.

Best fountain I’ve ever purchased. Didn’t get slimy and my cat drinks from this one . The filters are more affordable than petlibru and the light adds a nice touch to the fountain at night. Has good water flow too. Automatically slows down at night.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fresh flowing water for your kitty

Decent, but not the greatest

I have had this waterer over a year. Overall, the waterer does an ok job. However, I had a Petsafe one with the gray submerged motor and it has done a better job than this one. I thought, being that it is motorless, it would be easier to clean, it was not. With regular tap water, the white film calcifies in the hard to reach places making it a pain to clean. Nice conception, but overall not great. I'll be going back to the other gray one.
