[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Omg this water dish is amazing! It come in a compact box very effective packing. Easy use instructions. Was ready to use in less than 5 minutes. Has been amazing keeping water fresh and flowing.

Not for the skittish

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our test subject today is my parent’s pet dog, Emma. She’s a 5-yr-old Lhasa Apso. She’s got a demanding demeanor, preferring to be the center of attention and fawned over. She’s fairly picky about snacks and food. She will let you know she is displeased. Emma was confused by the water fountain. She gave it a wide berth. I found the sound of the fountain quite relaxing. But I think we both were put off by the LED light. Once I’d turned the fountain off, Emma came over hesitantly to inspect it and sample the water. Based on this and my own usage, the water dish does provide water that a pet would drink from. But when turned on, the sound, light, and movement of the water was less than relaxing to Emma. I also think that the cord really limits the options for placing it in your house since it will need to be within 2 ft from an outlet. And the cord is an eyesore, aesthetically. I think it would more useful for a wider range of pets if you could turn the light and fountain on/off separately and remotely.

Great for any pets

Great concept, Subpar Manufacturing Tolerances

I love the idea of a fully dishwasher-safe cat fountain; however, the rotating element of this fountain is not centered. This was true with my original purchase, as well as the replacement fountain PetSafe sent. Note: To help with the off-center cone, try all 6 different orientations to find which one is the most centered (see attached). This would be an amazing product, PetSafe, if you can tighten your manufacturing tolerances on the spinning element!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
