Perfect for dogs

Easy to assemble, works well, but additional expense 💵

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Instructions are easy to follow and product is easy to assemble. The amount of water it holds is enough to satisfy a big dog for the entire day. My two dogs had no problem drinking from it immediately and I find the sound of the fountain to be tranquil. My only complaint is that the filter needed to be changed after only a week. To have to purchase filters monthly adds an additional expense to our budget. 💰

Though timeframes will vary for each household, most homes change their filter at around three weeks. Cleaning the fountain itself every 1-2 weeks will typically help increase filter lifespan.

I received my water that I hadn't won through an Instagram giveaway. Set up was so easy. Within minutes I had the water flowing but the cats weren't too excited and Ember My Husky was a little leery. I really like the feature that keeps the majority of the water clean while limiting how much they can get at one time. Having a husky I have learned that hair everywhere is a part of everyday life with this waterer her hair stays just on the top shelf which is easily removable and can be cleaned without difficulty leaving the rest of the water clean and ready for use. I will return in a few days and let you know how it's going for now I have one cat that is really enjoying it hopefully the others will follow suit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fun

Probably would not recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this product but unfortunately my cat hated it. She refused to use it. The only actual problem with the product was that if filled tok much, it would leak on the back where the cord was and I feared it was a fire hazard

We're sorry to hear this fountain has not been the best fit for you and your cat! It is important to mention that though leaking would not be likely to cause an issue for the cord, it can damage the motor if the fountain is overfilled. We do recommend only filling the fountain to the point of the transition between the white and clear portions of the bowl; the fountain will still hold 60 oz. at this level. We're so sorry for any misunderstanding.
With this being said, since your cat has not yet adjusted to this fountain, we would recommend unplugging the fountain and allowing them to drink out of it as a bowl for a few days. If you have already tried this or if they are still unsure after trying it, please get in touch with us so we can see what different model may be a better fit. Made it to the first water filter change and broke

Nice fountain made it to the first water filter change followed the instructions and now it blinks red and doesn't work properly

The 14 year old beagle showed the other fur children it was perfectly fine to drink from this gurgling water bowl. It keeps their water cleaner than a stagnant water bowl. Highly recommend this

Not as great as expected

We bought this when we got our new cat in Nov 2024, it is now Feb 2025 and it stopped working. It was making a clicking noise due to being low on water. We filled it from the bowl and then noticed it was no longer spinning and the cat mat had a puddle of water in it. Now the light just blinks a pink and blue color. We took off the little cover on the bottom and there is moisture on the battery, cables, and one of the screens on the circuit board is partly black. Why would something holding water, not be water proof or more resistant. I understand its not supposed to get wet, yet it did. I bought it not only because of the new cat but also, the old fountain's motor stopped working after the pet sitter didn't fill up the water high enough when we were gone. Which in turn, is what happened to this one, it was red and made click noise, filled, leaked, and broke.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're so sorry to hear your fountain has been damaged! When filled from the bowl area with the tray removed as intended, it is unusual for water to get into the areas of the fountain that should be kept dry. This can sometimes happen, however, if the water is filled a bit too high, above the point where the white portion of the bowl transitions to the clear tray. We're so sorry for any difficulty this caused.
