The main thing I don’t like about it is the air flow, even on the lowest setting it’s too powerful and blows my hair every where, I can’t get control of it. I have thick hair so that certainly shouldn’t be happening, my original Dyson never did that. Also these dryer seems heavier than my first one. Not loving it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] wow wow wow this hair dryer is amazing. It is very lightweight and easy to use. I have extremely dry, curly hair and the diffuser attachment made it very easy to style my hair. I got this complimentary from dysonhair but I would purchase on my own.

I absolutely am so dissatisfied with this new dryer it does not give me the blowout that I’m use to with my Pro Dyson. I’m super disappointed because I was excited about a lot of these features on this blow dryer, but it does not get hot enough for my blowout.

I bought this hair dryer because it's what my hairdresser uses; it dried my hair quickly and my hair looks smooth and shiny when she dries my hair. I use the same products as she does, as well. I'm frustrated that my hair looks exactly as it did before I bought this (luxury) product. The automatic heat and air levels are challenging. My hair is super-thick and has never been frizzy so I'm hopeful that, with time, I adjust to it (or at least my hair will). The design is lovely and I like the storage box that it comes in.
Ideally, I can come back and give the product two more stars. Right now, I'm trying to justify the expense vs. the results.
