I am not happy with the preadjusted settings. I owned a dyson hairdryer before for around 9 or 1 years and I was very happy. On the new one sometimes I want a hotter setting with a specific tool and it will not adjust.

The main thing I don’t like about it is the air flow, even on the lowest setting it’s too powerful and blows my hair every where, I can’t get control of it. I have thick hair so that certainly shouldn’t be happening, my original Dyson never did that. Also these dryer seems heavier than my first one. Not loving it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was gifted by dysonhair the new Dyson Supersonic Nural and was pleasantly surprised by my results. I blew my hair out using the wide tooth comb attachment on speed 2 heat 2 and my hair got very straight. I know my hair is being protected from any heat damage due t the fast intelligent drying and scalp protection. I mostly loved the pause detect. As a type 4 girly with thick hair I work in sections complete my hair and not having to turn the blow dryer on and off 20 times saved a lot of time! I can’t wait to use the diffuser!

I have very long hair and it usually takes me about an hour to blow dry my hair and with this tool the blowout process was about 15-30 minutes. The results were pretty amazing, all the attachments are so helpful to achieve better results like smoothness, reduced flyaways, speed the blow drying process and more! My hair was shinny, smooth and softer for days!!! Love this hair dryer so much and the fact that it does automatically adjusts its temperature and speed to protect my hair and scalp it’s a plus!😍
