Great OLED at a terrific price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced an LG G2 with the Samsung S85F and for a while before it arrived, I was second-guessing my decision. First, I’d been happy with the LG. But I was wondering whether I shoud have purchased either the S90F or the S95F instead.
I am so thrilled to report that this TV is incredible. The blacks are truly black and the colors are vibrant and lifelike and truly incredible. I feel it upscales nicely and makes 4K content look so lifelike
I would recommend this to a friend!

Low Contrast

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The contrast between shadows is too dark. I adjusterd all the settings to brighten the picture but it seems that a lot of scenes are so dark that you cannot see what is in the shadows or backgrounds of some pictures. I also purchased the QLED Q8F 43 inch for our bedroom. The contrast is great on it. If I coud repurchase, it would be the QLED for our living room like the one we previously had. Lightening ruined both our televisions.

We appreciate your input on the picture quality of Samsung’s S85F TV. If the image isn’t meeting your expectations, there are several adjustments you can make to improve your viewing experience.

First, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates may include important picture quality enhancements. Go to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now

Then, select a Picture Mode that best fits your environment: Home > Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
1. Standard – Default mode for general viewing
2. Dynamic – Brighter and clearer in well-lit rooms
3. Eco – Optimized for energy saving
4. Movie – Best for watching in dark environments
5. Filmmaker Mode – Preserves content exactly as intended by creators

You can also enhance your experience by enabling AI Mode, which automatically adjusts picture and sound based on your surroundings and usage patterns: Settings > All Settings > Advanced Features > AI Mode Settings > AI Mode

Best TV I've owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this TV I use it for streaming gaming movies and shows. It's the first OLED, it's the first Samsung, and it's the first brand new TV I've ever bought. The smart features are awesome and make all previous televisions I've owned look not so smart. Gaming has very little latency. Always wanted an OLED and the contrast and black levels are just as great as I've Been Told.
The SmartThings features and integration are very cool. The fact that it can be a hub helps with future smart device integration.

Best T.V. I've ever had

To help you get the most from your TV, you can download the full e-Manual and more by visiting Samsung’s website, then navigating to: Support > Manual & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can search for and select your TV model to view or download the available guides.

The e-Manual & User Guide are also conveniently built into your TV: Settings > Support > Tips and User Guides.

Your TV includes Learn Menu Screen, an accessibility feature that provides audio guidance for on-screen menus. When enabled, your TV will announce the name and function of each menu item as you scroll, without making any changes. This feature is particularly helpful for users who are visually impaired or new to Smart TV menus. To enable, go to: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Accessibility > Learn Menu Screen. To exit, press the Return key twice.
