Technology at its best!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This new OLED tv came out at the right time because I wanted to replace my old Samsung TV and wanted to upgrade to the best in the market. The new features along with the remote control it comes with to left me breathless. Its resolution is second to none and it's very bright, even in daylight coming into my living-room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The size and how slim the tv is outstanding. Controls are easy to use and tips are always helpful for a new member to use. Easy connection to all other services and picture resolution is breathtaking. The brightness makes every color and contrast stand out for all my shows. The vibrancy and its easy detection to my samsung suround sound device makes all movies and shows feel like being in the movie, just amazing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV is a great size with incredible features. Picture is crisp and clear allowing for deeper blacks than traditional LCD. The amount of extra features allows for no longer needing extra devices. The refresh rate is excellent in reducing lag on fast moving shows and sports.

It can take almost one minute for the available channels to show on the guide. The quality of the picture is great but I think you should have done more to make this guide user freindly. This would have been a show stopper for me if I knew this was going to be a repeated issue.

Premium tv still has the glitch of cheaper model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this Samsung Smart TV in April 2025, expecting a noticeable upgrade given the price point of over $2,000. Unfortunately, it has been somewhat of a disappointment.
Previously, I owned a Samsung TV that cost around $800, and I honestly cannot say that this higher-priced model delivers a significantly better experience. The picture quality—while certainly good—is not noticeably superior in terms of color, contrast, or overall vibrancy. I expected a more striking difference at this price, but the improvement is minimal at best. The same goes for sound quality, which doesn’t stand out compared to my older, less expensive model.
The biggest issue, however, is with the Hulu app. This TV has the same frustrating connection problem that I experienced on my previous Samsung. While using Hulu, the screen will intermittently display a connection error. It happens often enough to be genuinely annoying and disrupts viewing.
What makes this especially frustrating is that it clearly isn’t an internet problem. First, the issue never occurs on any other apps—such as Pluto, Apple TV+, or Frndly. Second, we have AT&T fiber optic service with more than enough speed to support streaming, so buffering or connectivity limitations should not be a factor.
Overall, for the price, I expected a more noticeable improvement in performance and a fix for known app issues. As it stands, this TV feels more like a lateral move than an upgrade, with an ongoing Hulu glitch that Samsung still hasn’t resolved.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
