I only have 2 issues. The menu can be a little slow to come up. The menu also comes up at inconvenient times and doesn't automatically remove itself over time. Which has me frantically looking my remote.
The audio could be better. It seems soft at times. Low or whispered conversations are hard to hear. Even my kids say this. Which causes me turn my TV up and down more often than I'd like.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] very clear the quality and quality is very exceptional the first of it's kind the best TV samsung oled I've ever watched once a bird flew right into the picture she saw another bird and she thought it was another bird very real and clear the clarity of the Samsung is unmatched and unique to have to own the family loves everything that Samsung has produced, I've always had a great experience with your products in my home and life every single person that I know loves Samsung because they are trust worthy and accountable and my experience is so much that I feel like it's not unique to me because of your craftsmanship is second to none and that's my experience for sure Samsung fan for life. Never knock on wood. Have I ever had any problems with my Samsung products of any kind great experience for me and that's my story and I am sticking to it..
