1) Unpackaging & set-up - Very very easy, intuitive, and designed for DIY.
2) Easy software set-up - The OS is easy to navigate and user friendly, which was a pleasant surprise.
3) Remote control - USB-C charging! No more AA or AAA batteries!

Truly amazing quality, excellent Smart tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I worked at Rent a Center and was able to get one of these tvs and no matter ehat played on it the picture quality was amazing and even at 55 inches was more then enough for most living room settings or even bedroom. The border isn't visible and if you hang it on a swivel arm truly mind blowing lol.

Great viewing and EARC

All pixels seem to be properly lighting up.
App integration is great.
Response to commands from the remote is respectable.
Love this TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture is huge and has wonderful color, while matching well with Samsung soundbar. Movienight and watching sports at a whole nother lecel. I have my own personal movie theather in the living room.

No complains besides tv audio needs to do better

Can find apps easily the guid is helpful and very well kept app installation area love being able to play games on a TV that actually works and spend time watching movies with the family.
