Lose weight with a smart range!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range really looks nice, especially when the top is clean. If that is all I expected from the appliance I'd be happy. I have used electric ranges in the past with success mostly because they were simple and predictable.
Our range came with no documentation or manual. Attempts to learn how to use the range have been unfruitful both online and with the Whirlpool helpline. The controls are handsome and responsive, what they do is a mystery to me. I have learned to allow an extra 30 to 45 minutes to meal preparation time. Apparently a Smart range and is smart enough to know I need to lose some weight and it is helping me by making cooking more time consuming and frustrating. It is possible that with consumer friendly documentation this range could be quite good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great looking range with great techonology options

I like how the range is connected to my WiFi and how I can control the range with an app on my phone. That's a great option! When using my stovetop, I am surprised by how long it takes to boil a pot of water when compared to the Amana convection white cooktop range I owned for 21 years. When using the air-fry options, I have found that they do not airfry as well as my countertop air fryer. I like to convection bake, but I am uncertain if I need to reduce the heat and the temperature when air-baking. Is there a visual tutorial for using the convection and airbake options? Also, I am worried about scratching the black cooktop. Is there a certain type of pan that should be used on the cooktop to reduce the chance of scratches? My previous, 21-year-old Amana white cooktop didn't show scratches from pans. This makes me worried about keeping the black glasstop looking nice. One last question I have is why my range didn't come with a broiler pan. When I have purchased ranges in the past, they always came with a broiler pan.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Glass top range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this range on the 16 of April of 2025 and am very disappointed in it, no manual was included and when I signed up in Whirlpool it said will take up to 10 days for my account to be active.. It is a glass top and says not to use anything but soap and water on it. Not happy with it at all.

Great features and works well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how quickly the burners cook food and evenly too. The wipe off coating works well. I just clean up as soon as I can using water then drying with a microfiber cloth. It gets it as clean as new!

Disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this a week ago, tried air frying chicken wings. The fan that’s supposed to circulate the air barely turns so the wings didn’t seen to air fry. Never got Christy. Don’t think the works right.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and I am very disappointed about how hard it is to clean. Because of advertising I bought the stove mainly because it’s supposed to be easy to clean. It’s much harder to clean and keep clean than I thought it would be.
