Burners not hot enough

Very disappointed in this range. The oven is fine but the burners take a long time to heat. They barely get hot enough on HI to boil water. My old smoothtop stove boiled great on setting #8 and would boil over at setting #10. This stovetop does not get hot enough to boil over. I would not recommend this range.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Difficult to connect to WiFi

Lots of features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I'm very happy with my range. It has a lot of useful features and cooks very evenly. My only complaint is that no User Guide came with it. I found one online. It was helpful, but not model-specific. My range has so many features that I would like to have a guide to take me step by step on how to best use them. I looked at the Whirlpool website but that wasn't much help either.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Don't get fooled

Do not buy takes 30 min to boil water and take lid off loose boil. Have had 2 service calls, service techs say not working right but when they call whirlpool techs they say fine. Now takes hour to cook dinner that use dc to take 25 min. Been on phone hours with whirlpool with no resolve, what happened to backing yo u r product 100 percent.

How may I return this item?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this item in late October 2025. In the last 60 days, the item has chipped/cracked in three places during gentle cleaning. To shed light on usage - We are vegetarians we have used the oven less than six times and the interior light has already burnt out. Today’s date is January 1, 2026

Lousy over featured under basic quality stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This appliance was installed a week ago. The glass top has already cracked. The glass top is not indented so any spills go right over the sides. The burners are very slow to heat. Lights are not present for each burner to indicate which burner is on. The controls do not indicate the oven temperature when it is heating - a major inconvenience. The burner controls are cheap and hard to read. I do not recommend this stove and would never buy another.
