Pretty but could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look of the stove BUT.....1) only the back 2 burners have numbers on the front knobs. Why? You need the numbers on all of them. 2) The HOT light is pretty but not functional. Anyone walking up to the stove knows that something is hot when the light is red but it doesn't tell you which burner. You can get burned or have something melt but trying to touch each one to figure that out. Not Safe at ALL. 3) When using the oven the temperature shows all the time but the timer clock is sooooo very tiny in the upper right corner. I have to bend over the front of the stove to see how much cooking time is left.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It takes very long for the burners and the oven to warm up and it is extremely hard to keep clean.

Slow burners

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Still trying to figure it out. Not happy with the burners hard to get a pot of water for pasta to come to a boil and also come back up to a boil don’t really know what the problem might be but not real happy with it. Seems ok for sautéing or a small amount of liquid. Oven is going to take some getting used to also.

Help!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't know how to lower the broiling temperature from 550 degrees to 350 degrees, which I always
did on my previous range. Also, it took a good ten minutes for the serviceman to set the clock time
on the new range. Now it is daylight savings time, and I don't know how to change the time. There is
NO clock button! And no User manual!

Like the range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the range. It works well, a bit of a learning curve to use it. Haven't used air fry yet. However, it's very hard to keep the stove top looking unblemished. We are very careful when we heat something, but it was marked after the first time we used it. Affresh does clean it, with lots of elbow grease.

Nice features - but?

I've had this range for 3 days now and while I like its looks I have noticed some problems. No reasonable user guide was included. I've had glass top ranges for over 25 years and the top on this one seems like it will be much harder to clean and will show wear in a very short time. I bought it only due to the "griddle zone" and that works well. Whirlpool needs to spend some time on a booklet that better describes the features on the control panel, they did include a mostly useless installation manual in a couple of languages that talk about leveling, etc. I think most people have their new ranged professionally installed and my installer didn't need the manual. I needed something that explained the control panel a little better and that didn't exist.

Some improvements needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is good to know that 80% of Whirlpool appliances are made in the US. I cannot rate this stove any higher. For one thing, I haven't used all the features. The cook top is difficult to keep clean. The bottom storage drawer does not slide in correctly and would be better used as a warming drawer. The electronic settings interface is not very intuitive. I had a hard time finding the method for resetting the clock to DST. I couldn't find the directions in the paperwork I was given. The cooking elements are nicely designed and heat up quickly.

slow to boil

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this a few weeks now and am not at all satisfied with it. First off it is very hard to get a pot of water or anything liquid to boil. The air fryer oven feature doesn't work as I think it should. Thought it was maybe just I needed to get used to it, but so far it just isn't what I expected.
