Help!
on March 11, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't know how to lower the broiling temperature from 550 degrees to 350 degrees, which I always
did on my previous range. Also, it took a good ten minutes for the serviceman to set the clock time
on the new range. Now it is daylight savings time, and I don't know how to change the time. There is
NO clock button! And no User manual!

Nice features - but?

I've had this range for 3 days now and while I like its looks I have noticed some problems. No reasonable user guide was included. I've had glass top ranges for over 25 years and the top on this one seems like it will be much harder to clean and will show wear in a very short time. I bought it only due to the "griddle zone" and that works well. Whirlpool needs to spend some time on a booklet that better describes the features on the control panel, they did include a mostly useless installation manual in a couple of languages that talk about leveling, etc. I think most people have their new ranged professionally installed and my installer didn't need the manual. I needed something that explained the control panel a little better and that didn't exist.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is good to know that 80% of Whirlpool appliances are made in the US. I cannot rate this stove any higher. For one thing, I haven't used all the features. The cook top is difficult to keep clean. The bottom storage drawer does not slide in correctly and would be better used as a warming drawer. The electronic settings interface is not very intuitive. I had a hard time finding the method for resetting the clock to DST. I couldn't find the directions in the paperwork I was given. The cooking elements are nicely designed and heat up quickly.

Lose weight with a smart range!
on April 3, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range really looks nice, especially when the top is clean. If that is all I expected from the appliance I'd be happy. I have used electric ranges in the past with success mostly because they were simple and predictable.
Our range came with no documentation or manual. Attempts to learn how to use the range have been unfruitful both online and with the Whirlpool helpline. The controls are handsome and responsive, what they do is a mystery to me. I have learned to allow an extra 30 to 45 minutes to meal preparation time. Apparently a Smart range and is smart enough to know I need to lose some weight and it is helping me by making cooking more time consuming and frustrating. It is possible that with consumer friendly documentation this range could be quite good.

Smart range with Bluetooth and other great feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new range has been in use for 3 weeks now and my wife absolutely loves it! It has Bluetooth and an app for our phones that is very useful. In addition the burners and oven are instant on eliminating the need to preheat, saving us money on our electric bill. We love it!

Love the look, the features, & the cooking options

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this range three weeks ago and I love it so far. I haven't used at the cooking options yet but for what I have used it works great. The wipe clean stovetop is great, I use a microfiber towel and water. The setup was simple, once you connect it to wifi it has to go through an update that only takes a couple minutes to complete. The bottom drawer is a lot smaller than my last whirlpool.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's Pretty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stove is nice, however glass top is easily marred with simple splashed water when cooking, and it is much harder to clean than advertised (and yes, we are following the directions to a tee). Also, the clock jumps time once or twice a day and needs to be reset. It's early, but so far this does not appear to be worth the price tag.
