awesome air fryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had it for about a month now, we use both the air fryer and the gas stove equal, both do a fantastic job, our baked potato's are awesome in the air fryer.

Cooling Fan prompted an unnecessary service call

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I like the stove very much. It has a few more features than I need, but l do ike the convection and air fry options. The stove is nice looking and easy to clean. The size of the burners are mostly larger than my previous stove so that only one could truly function on a low flame. I have to really watch what I'm cooking as even on low the other burners put out too much flame and overcook or boil when they should simmer. The user manual and quick start guide are useless for the user. How ironic. I had to have a service call in the first week because I thought the convection fan was coming on when it shouldn't. Both the salesman and the customer service people didn't know that there's a fan that comes on to cool the electronics. All was fine with the stove. It would be helpful if the user guide/manual had that information, and some basic how to's like how to set the clock. That was more of an exercise than it should have been. Overall I like the stove, except for the lack of a true low on 3 of the burners, but would appreciate better communication from the company and in their manuals.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rating would be higher if we could have gotten the blue tape off of our new range. As it stands, two new parts have been ordered for our BRAND NEW stove in order to remove the blue!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our gas’s range for 3 weeks. I love it! There was a learning curve for me, but nothing I couldn’t handle. I absolutely love the air fryer. I also went from four burners to five and that has been a great change. The griddle is very handy.

Quick pre-heat and easy clean!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Great range! Gas stove top heats up quick. The swing up grates make cleaning a breeze! A couple things that could be better: The display and buttons are a bit confusing. Though it does prompt you what to do the confirm a selection there are different ways for each feature (bake - start, timer - timer again, Airfry - confirm), would be nice if was a bit more streamline. The bottom baking sheet holder is a bit flimsy. The stainless finish scratches quite easily. Otherwise, a great stove top, couldn't be happier.

My Whirlpool Range

But, being a senior citizen with limited technology, I find that the settings are difficult to change. Also, after I cook or bake, the fan seems to stay on for a very, very long time. After baking, it has stayed on for at least 1 1/2 hrs - 2 hrs. Is this normal?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stove works as expected. It did not come with the griddle as promised. It was an offer to receive a griddle and they’re out of stock. Also the blue packing tape is ridiculous to remove. We have been removing it since it arrived 2 weeks ago and it’s not all off yet. There has to be something better to use than that.
