Stove and oven work great- some things need improv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought over a month ago. Works good but they need to make the bottom drawer for sturdy as it is very flimsy. I also suggest they make the “timer” louder. You can hardly hear it in a different room.

Unhappy Buyer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received this range in October after waiting for 6 weeks. After using it in the first few weeks, there was an error message that occurred when using the oven. It was telling us that the cooling fan is blocked and the oven would shut off. We turned it back on and had to wait for it to preheat again and watch that it stays hot until our food is cooked. It will, at times, just shut off for no apparent reason. Also, discovered the air fry function is not working correctly as well. This is an updated model and has a black background where the control panel is. It is hard to keep clean, and also, gives the range a black color to it instead of stainless steel. Would have preferred the background to be stainless steel. I think it would have been a better looking range. We are now waiting for new control panels for the range, as the repair man could not figure out what is wrong with it. Of course, they are on back order and do not have a due date. Still having to do the work around to make the range cook. We shall see if it can get fixed. So far, not too happy with this range. I would not recommend this range to anyone to buy.

Pretty, but not.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful stove - but I'm not in love. The burners turn on way too easily without actually igniting and gas escapes! Trying to set the displays has been nothing short of a disaster. Product registration was not easy, and "online" help is a circus.
I might have to rethink my purchase. I waited 12 years for this new appliance and I'm not thrilled.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this range for a couple months now and I would say it’s just OK my biggest pet peeve about it is how annoying it is to change the clock when the electric goes out I don’t know who needs to hear it, but it’s horrible

Stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had this for a couple of weeks but it looks great! I absolutely love it! There are so many cool features. I haven't had time to use all of them but am excited to experiment with all of them. I especially love that the grills can be lifted up and stay up to clean without removing them.
