Feels cheap, falls out of phone and breaks

I just got my s25 and the pen fell out and broke. Haven't even had the phone for a week. It feels light, extremely cheap and doesn't stay in the phone properly. Not to mention the fact that they don't have the color I need stock and they took away the Bluetooth feature. If the pen is just going to fall out and break plus the lack of Bluetooth features it's really not worth getting the s25 ultra. Do better.

Massive Design Flaw

I have continued to buy the ultra model because of the S Pen. This version is flimsy and no longer has bluetooth. Cannot use for photos. Feels insubstantial and too light when writing with it. It seems the side button does nothing. Give us back a bluetooth S Pen. I hope you weren't careless enough to leave the charging component out of the stylus garage in the phone so that you could backtrack on this bad decision. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Don't buy the S25 ultra

I am with everyone else and very disappointed in the s25 ultra s pen and sure don't want a scripted answer about the s pen. Samsung has let us down. I only used it for picture taking. I'm probably returning the phone. It seems that you companies never learn your lesson, when something is good you change it to something so bad and then want to know why your loosing money. Very poor decision making on samsungs part to put a cheap piece of plastic that can make circles. Way to go Samsung.

Just got the S25 Ultra noticed i can't take photos remotely with the sPen and I don't particularly like the galaxy watch. So a favorite function that I enjoyed since S23 is now gone. If Samsung doesn't fix this. This will be my last Samsung phone.

Oh where, oh where, art thou bluetooth

As a YouTuber and photographer I used the s-pen bluetooth regularly. I have the watch but that does not bridge the gap. The watch you have to look for where to tap to start and stop the camera. the bluetooth s-pen just has one button so nothing to look for when I am in a car engine trying to start and stop the camera. Same thing when I am recording slow motion video of things. bring it back, please. the "new features" of the s-pen do not help me in my daily life at all. If I had done my due diligence and researched into this prior to buying the s25 ultra I would have just kept my s22 Ultra. I did try a few methods of getting the s22 s-pen to work with the s25 as bluetooth but no luck...

We understand that the update to the Galaxy S25 Ultra S Pen may have come as a surprise. However, rest assured that while we made changes, we have provided enhancements as well. Many of the camera features you’ve enjoyed with your S Pen in previous versions can now be accessed using voice commands or other methods. There are also Air commands available for added functionality. For detailed instructions on how to customize your camera settings, please refer to your User Manual.
