It’s doing its job as supposed. The Galaxy Book5 Pro handles my daily tasks smoothly, from browsing and streaming to light productivity work. The screen is clear, the keyboard is comfortable enough for longer sessions, and the overall design feels premium without being flashy.
That said, it’s not perfect. Battery life is decent but not game-changing, and while performance is good for my needs, it doesn’t necessarily wow me. It’s a reliable device that delivers what I expect, but not much more to push it to a 5-star rating.

Small, Lightweight, and Premium

I have historically bought 15.6" and 16" sized laptops which have GPU cards since I like to play games on my laptops too. I took a chance on this 14" Samsung because I wanted better portability and to see what the AI and Co-pilot hype was all about. Like the title says, this is a very light weight and small form factor laptop that does anything you need it to do, outside of heavy gaming. Charging it with the Samsung provided fast charger and cable is super fast, takes only around 40 mins. The light on the side tells you when it is ready. Getting started is just like every other windows laptop. The screen is the best I've ever owned, nice and vibrant and I'm familiar with all the settings due to already having a Samsung phone. WiFi 7 is blazing fast and connects with zero issues. Backlit keyboard is adjustable and the keys are so nice and smooth. AI seems to work similar to my phone, which I like, not intrusive. All my data, Excel, word processing, and basic games run well and snappy. After the first major update, I noticed this laptop synced with my larger laptop and I had all my files and pictures. Overall, super premium laptop, travels extremely well, easy to charge, and performs without a hitch. Well done Samsung.

My family loves Samsung products and we have so many of their devices in our household. However, this is the first Samsung laptop I've purchased. I've been needing a new laptop for a while and this one kept showing up in my social media feeds. I did a lot of research of different models and brands and decided to give this Book 5 Pro a try. I am absolutely loving it so far! The screen is so bright and vivid! Everything works without hesitation and it just feels extremely premium when using it. I'm really impressed with the battery life as well. I've saved a ton of videos to watch on tips and tricks with this particular computer and with using its Copilot capabilities and I know this laptop is exactly what I needed for my work and personal needs.

Meets all my needs and then some. Gorgeous AMOLED display with 3K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The colors are breathtaking and the anti reflection coating works great - it doesn't make it matte; it's still glossy but somehow still blocks reflections. Makes all my photo and video editing needs accurate. Very hard to accomplish this on other devices.

Integrates perfectly with all my other Samsung devices.. phone, ear buds, and tablet. DeX works great too when I want to use the display to show my Galaxy phone in desktop mode. The Quick Share (formerly known as Nearby Share) and Phone Link apps work perfectly too when I want to so send and receive files to/from the Book 5 Pro with other Android, Windows, iOS, or MacOS devices.
Charges very quickly with the fast charger and data cable provided in the box. Extremely portable too. Weighs about 2.7lbs with the laptop + charger/cable. All the hardware on this laptop is top-end quality. The moment you take it out the box and open it for the first time, you know it right away. I love that it doesn't overheat at all or make any unusual sounds. And you can't kill the battery even if you try.

I can't stop staring at this display ever since I got it LOL. Never seen something so good on a laptop before. I'm thrilled with the whole package. I love the 1st class design and sturdy build. This isn't one of those cheap laptops where the screen wobbles and falls back a few notches whenever you touch it. And boy is this thing fast! No hiccups everything is smooth. I only have to charge it every 4 days. I've started watching movies in bed with this at night just because I love the display so much LOL. And it never gets hot on my lap which is so nice. Sound is pretty good too for something this compact. I also have earbuds that connect to it without a problem, so I'll switch things up when I need to keep the room quiet.

After a lot of research for small mobile business needs, I chose this Galaxy Book 5 Pro and what a blessing it's been. I also wanted to get the top specs here to meet my future expansion needs without having to buy a different model down the line.
I'm running my business software together with bookkeeping, Powerpoint, Excel, and database software without a hitch. Lots of Teams calls throughout the day mixed in. This has yet to cause any throttling, worrisome high temps, or fan noise despite the heavy load.
All the research has really paid off, since this was the only real option to meet all my various needs in a mobile laptop. Every other PC model and brand I looked at was missing at least one or two things which really wanted. This is my first Samsung computer purchase and I'm thoroughly impressed with everything about it, it's met my expectations and then some. I'm getting a lot compliments about it from clients in the field too which is nice.

Rock solid build and very sturdy. Samsung has really stepped up its game with the Book5 Pro. Perfect industrial look and built like a tank. This thing can withstand anything. Thoroughly impressed with everything including incredible display, awesome keyboard, and smooth trackpad. Runs lightning fast and the battery just keeps going on and on. Only have to charge it every few days or so. Watching videos and movies is simply amazing with this screen.
