Screen cracked after 1 month.

Beautifull laptop, but the screen cracked after 1 month of use. One long line from top to bottom. The same problem lots of people are complaining about. I have protective sleeve for this laptop, and a backpack with a special cushioned compartment for laptops. It just cracked without having any kind of physical damage. I will try the warranty in 2 weeks, as I am traveling now and working with it. Unfortunately most people complaining about this say Samsung doesn't honor the warranty and fault the user.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful display screen

Glass cracks easily.

One major complaint I have with this is the screen is brittle. I have had this thing for 5 months, and I have already sent it in to have the screen replaced. Yesterday, I picked it up, and I heard the screen crack. You absolutely have to pick this up with 2 hands and grab it at the bottom. Any pressure on the glass while laptop is closed will result in the screen cracking.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

15 inches laptop with the features I need !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking to replace my old 2018 laptop and was looking for the following features ; 15 inches, still relatively light weight, fingerprint scanner and numerical keypad, not to mention all the latest features for Windows....I can say that after about 2 months I am very happy so far. The battery has a decent capacity and it allows to efficiently run my stuff (I don't play games though). Only negatives are : a lot of Samsung software that for the most part I did not need (I uninstalled them then), a USB-C power cable that I find a bit short and a numerical keypad that is slightly different from most.
Definitely positive and would recommend.

Everything is great EXCEPT

Screen is beautiful, touch screen is fast and responsive, and the battery life lasts all day with multiple programs running. It charges fast and I like the extra large touchpad. My only complaint, and if Samsung doesn't fix this, I may not get this again when it is time to replace it, is the keyboard. I don't really care about the "mushiness" reviewers have been posting about. My problem is that two months into using the laptop, one of the keys popped off and never clicked back in. This shouldn't be a problem for a brand new laptop. Additionally, there are no samsung authorized retailers near me that are capable of fixing it.

Brilliant unit by Samsung. I do all my student research and studies with it. Best speed and battery duration. Built so sturdy but light weight too. At night I watch all my favorite shows and movies with it. The screen is WOW! My friends at Uni are jealous. Thank You Samsung for the best one.

Better than the rest

I tried the Dell XPS, Asus Zenbook, and Lenovo Slim before finally finding this unicorn by Samsung. Each of those other laptops had way too many issues and felt and looked cheap compared to this one. This has the best OLED screen, battery life, and design of them all. Everything about it screams first class. Functionality wise, this zips through everything no matter how intensive the task and operation. You're not going to find a better lightweight premium made laptop that performs like a powerhouse.
I would recommend this to a friend!
