This product has great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy AI is easy to use and very helpful on my Samsung Galaxy Book 5 Pro. I use it everyday for personal use like shopping online, check my email. I download apps like WhatsApp and Google Msg and use them on laptop. I also use it for business like checking email, working online, download apps like Slack and Zoom. It was so easy to installed. The laptop is super fast, thin, light, and sleek. I love the keyboard. I love the screen size 16 inches. I love the sound when i play my favorite music. LOVE LOVE LOVE this product!!
I also have Samsung Galaxy s25+ and Samsung Smart TV 55".

Good laptop. Worth it with the discount

I bought it last week.
PRO
Amazing display, great quality, anti reflective.
Solid build, good keyboard and trackpad.
Performance is ok, not stunishing though.
Great looks and weight makes it very portable.
CONS
Battery is far from lasting 21 hours. I bearly get 5/6 with office work
Samsung software works perfect in the phone and tablet, not good in the PC. I found a few glitches that makes the ecosystem and integration with other devices not great as I expected
Camera is bad, can't handle low light at all.
Have a samsung widescreen monitor, would only connect hdmi, not through usb c for some reason.

Screen cracks from normal use

I bought the laptop back in May 2025 even spent the extra money on care plus. The screen cracked spontaneously from opening the lid of the laptop. Called warranty support they said it sounds like it's a warranty issue rather than the default physical damage they are required to label cracked screens. He said send it in and we can get it looked at and repaired. I spent money to pack and ship safely. Got an email asking for $780 to repair the screen and after speaking with the technician said we are required by Samsung policy to label any screen crack regardless of reason as physical damage and charge the customer
I called and was passed around to 6-7 different people including supervisors and technicians appealing the decision only the be told they don't have the ability to waive the cost even though this is a know issue. The laptop sat on a desk it's entire life, no other issue other than the screen.
Long story short they will sell you a laptop and take your money for an "extended warranty" but not cover anything. I was told by the supervisor that if it happened within a week of purchase they would have covered it. So I'm still in warranty but it doesn't matter.
Save your money and buy quality product elsewhere that doesn't break within a year of gentle use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this tap make me feel I'm carrying a more expensive besides it give me all the memory capacity that I what school resumes and of course my classmates and church friends and my work pictures as well I love the big expanded window I dont have to stress out for having vision problems, my music as well and FaceTime or zoomtime it's great clear loud good speakers .. overall I really recommend it..

Galaxy ecosystem is incredible

The seamless actions across apps and devices is effortless. You can drag and drop files between devices, extend you monitor, and use your phone camera as an incredible Webcam.

The screen cracks in winter temperatures

The screen will crack if carrying it around in freezing temperatures and then opening it in room temperature. The only way to avoid it is to never carry it around during the winter, which defeats the purpose of having a laptop. Other laptops never seemed to have this issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
