Setting this system up was a breeze. It has good battery life and I have it setup with two monitors so I have plenty of screen to play with . It resumes quickly from sleep and I have had no issues with freezing.

Bad camera and touch pad and keyboard quality, no camera hide button,screen to body ratio on the botom was too high. I can't able to watch YouTube video on full screen, it was top end variant but still 16 gb RAM, but all other like build quality was good also the features,

I'm in love

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Book5 Pro mainly because I was wanting a faster computer and a brighter screen than the i5 I bought last year. And that is exactly what I got! The Book5 Pro is FAST with seamless actions across apps. I didn't realize how much my i5 lagged until I started using the Book5 Pro! As a psychotherapist, I mainly use it for video sessions with clients all day, billing programs, and website design. I have 2 external monitors attached and I love how easily it manages all that. I'm in love.

My Samsung Galaxy Book 5 360 cracked for no reason

I recently purchased my galaxy book 5 360 about a month ago but today I found its screen cracked for no reason. There's no damage below or about the crack. When I complaint about this they told me that it's a physical damage and it won't get covered in the warranty. Now they're suggesting me to buy a new display for it. Even though I spent this much on my laptop, it doesn't even get covered in my warranty even though it's not my fault. I don't expect this type of service from "SAMSUNG". Even after buying an expensive product like this, it's durability is so weak. I likely to be expecting Samsung to look out on my issue and help me. I don't recommend buying this galaxy book 5 360 laptop.

Cracked Screen Bloatware Poor Keyboard Design

I am a professional designer requiring a high powered and portable computer. I have had this for one month. This seemed like the ideal match, despite the premium cost. I own all my electronics until they are obsolete and never damaged one. I am careful.
Unfortunately, the screen cracked with limited use and no apparent cause. The computer is loaded with bloatware that no matter how many times you delete it, reinstalls and clogs up the functionality with every update. Similarly, the keyboard has useless keys, like the Copilot that replaced a critical ctrl key, the key pressure is too much and spacing is awkward in a way I have never had to adjust after getting a new computer. Battery life is also grossly overstated. Minor, but the screen also cuts off the corners of the viewable area. Everything else about this is the same as any old laptop. Skip the Samsung laptops not matter how good they sound. Whomever designed this was not thinking of the user but it's look. It's a fail of a product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
