Why no signal over cable?

Image quality so much better than older frame TV. I was prepared for some tradeoffs (compared to my OLED), but not having a way to hardwire the One Connect box with a cable is not acceptable. I mean we already need to run wire for power, so why not run the signal? Some people want the box across the room, I get it. But those that just want the best connection possible and not deal with frequent signal loss should have the option like the older model.

The art options look great. Locks up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have two frame Pro tvs in adjoining rooms. We mostly use the Frame TV to display artwork.
Unfortunately when we try to switch to TV watching the TV appears to be buffering a lot and even locks up. If I unplug the TV and the one box and plug it back in it works properly. Unfortunately I have to do this at least one a week. This is unacceptable.
The picture is great but the locking up needs to be fixed.

We appreciate your feedback regarding your Frame Pro TV’s performance. If you're experiencing freezing or lag in general response time, please try the following steps:
1. Check for firmware updates – Keeping your TV up to date can resolve many performance issues: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now 2. Run Device Care – This tool checks system memory, frees up cached data, and closes background apps that could be slowing things down: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care 3. Cold boot your TV – With the TV powered on, press and hold the Power button on your remote for 5+ seconds until the TV restarts. This helps refresh the system.
Please also keep in mind that the Wireless One Connect Box should be placed in the same room as the TV (10m range). The wireless connection between the TV and WOCB may also be affected by the surrounding environment, may not connect when enclosed or blocked by metal (e.g., from inside a metal cabinet) or by other physical objects such as walls.

Beautiful TV

The Frame Pro does just that while also having a great picture when we watch TV and movies. We also wanted a TV with minimal or no wires showing. The One Connect box can be powered in a location near the TV but does not require a direct cable connection. This gives several options to for placement that work well for our space. The Frame Pro's art features, picture and design are a perfect fit for our living room.

Great Picture But Several Problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had difficulty getting the Firestick TV to work through the Pro Box. Also, I paid to have the TV mounted. I don’t think the two individuals sent were capable of doing the job. They could not center the TV over my mantle and hung it slightly crooked. I will have to pay again to get it corrected.

Great Artwork - Mediocre TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You would think with Pro in the name this would be a best in class TV, but sadly it falls short. I was really excited to by this TV because we have a large wall in a bright room. I giggle a little whenever somebody asks when we got our new painting. Unfortunately, when watching anything that isn't just standard TV (think Emmy Winning Dramas, or streaming movies), the picture just falls incredibly short. Its washed out and hazy and makes dark season really just a mush of gray. I know I'm coming from OLED TV with inky blacks, but really feel like this is a miss. It would be great to see a future version of the Frame Pro based on the S95F but with the ability to handle burn-in to allow for art mode.
Also, whoever thought that it was a great idea to make the part of the wall mount that goes on the wall two separate pieces should be fired. This is the stupidest design and added an hour to mounting what should have been a TV that I can never get perfectly level.

First, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates may include important picture quality enhancements. Go to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
Then, select a Picture Mode that best fits your environment: Home > Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode 1. Standard – Default mode for general viewing 2. Dynamic – Brighter and clearer in well-lit rooms 3. Eco – Optimized for energy saving 4. Movie – Best for watching in dark environments 5. Filmmaker Mode – Preserves content exactly as intended by creators
You can also enhance your experience by enabling AI Mode, which automatically adjusts picture and sound based on your surroundings and usage patterns: Settings > All Settings > Advanced Features > AI Mode Settings > AI Mode

Not Perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everyday there is another issue with this TV Need to use two remotes to be able to turn off and on and control volume. Frame picture settings don't work. Picture is great when it doesn't freeze or an message doesn't appear!
