The art options look great. Locks up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have two frame Pro tvs in adjoining rooms. We mostly use the Frame TV to display artwork.
Unfortunately when we try to switch to TV watching the TV appears to be buffering a lot and even locks up. If I unplug the TV and the one box and plug it back in it works properly. Unfortunately I have to do this at least one a week. This is unacceptable.
The picture is great but the locking up needs to be fixed.

We appreciate your feedback regarding your Frame Pro TV’s performance. If you're experiencing freezing or lag in general response time, please try the following steps:
1. Check for firmware updates – Keeping your TV up to date can resolve many performance issues: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
2. Run Device Care – This tool checks system memory, frees up cached data, and closes background apps that could be slowing things down: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care
3. Cold boot your TV – With the TV powered on, press and hold the Power button on your remote for 5+ seconds until the TV restarts. This helps refresh the system.
Please also keep in mind that the Wireless One Connect Box should be placed in the same room as the TV (10m range). The wireless connection between the TV and WOCB may also be affected by the surrounding environment, may not connect when enclosed or blocked by metal (e.g., from inside a metal cabinet) or by other physical objects such as walls.
If you're still noticing performance snags after these steps, please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8AM – 12AM EST, 7 days a week. You can also connect with a LiveChat agent via the ‘Support’ link on our website.

The artwork is the best feature

Defective One Connect Box

Completely disappointed with the quality of the product. I took a day off from work to have this installed and guess what the wireless box is defective. The box is dead. Before you have this installed make sure to test the box and the TV so you avoid the wheel spinning that I am going to go through with a return, taking a day off from work and paying the additional cost to have this reinstalled. I may return the TV and go for the LG G4. You get one shot at this Samsung!
My choice was either the Frame or the LG G4/G5

The best screen you'll ever have

But after seeing it in stores I had to have it the picture was perfect and the resolution was beautiful. Not to mention when I have it mounted it looks more like a work of art. If you are looking for quality look no further than samsung to deliver.
