Amazing TV and it doesnt look out of place when it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for a conference room at my job and everyone loves it. When they are using it it for meetings or presentations, it looks great. The best part is if your in the room and your not using the TV it just looks like a good digital picture frame. Sometime I forgot its a TV when I walk past the room

Art mode now requires constant internet connection

Beware this new Frame TV Pro requires CONSTANT internet connection for the sole use of Art Mode. You are no longer allowed to use this TV offline to simply display your own pictures transferred via USB to the TV. Samsung support continues to advertise this is possible, but this TV is useless without a constant internet connection. Even adding this TV to its own VLAN with a specific allow-list they change the domains for its “connection check” daily so it will “lose connection” even though all internal TV networking diagnostics say it is connected to the internet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We appreciate you sharing your thoughts on The Frame Pro. Please note that Art Mode & Art Store have always required both an Internet connection as well as a Samsung Account; however, you can display your own photos &/or artwork that you've previously uploaded to The Frame via the SmartThings app or via USB and then view them in Art Mode offline.

If you're seeing a message that says "Wireless One Connect is disconnected" while watching content from an external source (such as a set-top box, game console, or antenna), this typically means the TV has lost its wireless connection to the Wireless One Connect Box.

To resolve this issue, please try the following steps:
1. Check that the Wireless One Connect Box is powered on. If it’s turned off, power it back on. Once powered, the TV should automatically reconnect when the signal is strong enough.
2. If the unit is powered on but still disconnected, you may need to adjust the alignment:
o Go to: Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Connections > Wireless One Connect > Wireless One Connect Status > Adjust
o Carefully adjust the Wireless One Connect Box’s position until the antenna icon turns blue, which indicates a strong signal and a successful connection.
