Would be nice if ever available.

I love all the fake incentivized reviews to boost the ratings. I purchased an AC unit specifically because I could buy the dual hose kit, but months later it still isn’t available. Summer will be over before the dual hose kit is available.

Another customer unable to get the RAP02

Just like all the other reviewers here: 1) the unit (7500 BTU Model #APWD07JASG) is extremely inefficient without the intake hose kit. The room is about 200 sq ft and the unit barely brings the temperature down. The exhaust hose radiates so much heat it's like a space heater, and I can feel hot air rushing in any available crack. 2) one of the main reasons I bought the unit was because of the apparent availability of a dual hose option. 3) The dual hose option is completely unavailable.

You tell everyone in these reviews that " YOU CAN IMAGINE HOW FRUSTRATED WE ARE". really can you imagine that. Can you imagine that we spent our hard earned money on your product and you keep telling us that it will be available soon. But you lye when you say that. You should be ashamed of taking hard working people's money and lying to them. You should give every one of us the rapo2 kit for free when and if it ever becomes available.

WHERE IS THIS KIT?????

Kit is advertised on the boxes of the portable AC units that it is supposed to be available for, but is apparently STILL "UNAVAILABLE". When will it be available to buy? I bought your make of AC with the lure of this kit giving me more bang for my hard earned bucks. Fess up on what it going on!
