I bought 2 of these off HSN. It keeps you cool and its pretty quiet...Although I like the convenience of a cordless detachable fan, the battery life is awful. Fully charged only lasts around 3 hours. Definitely not worth the money.

Hi there,
Thank you for your feedback. That’s really disappointing, and it makes sense that you’d expect better battery performance. Three hours can feel limiting depending on how you’re using it. We really appreciate you sharing your experience and feedback. For reference, the fan is designed to run for up to around 20 hours on fan speed 1 and about 2 hours on the highest speed (speed 5). Runtime can vary depending on the speed setting and usage conditions. You can review the full runtime details using the link provided on our site. https://support.sharkninja.com/en-CA/article/FA200-Series-Shark-FlexBreeze-2-In-1-Fan-FAQs If your unit isn’t performing within those expected ranges, please feel free to reach out to us directly, and we’ll be happy to review this further with you and see how we can help.
I already have the table top version that I use outside and at my desk. Wanted a bigger fan for my room that I can use at night. I love that it can be used with the cord or having it charged. The remote is great to just put by my bedside or on the back of the fan.
In less than 1 year fan quit working, the Internal battery would not charge. I was able to get rhe fan replaced and second fan did same thing within a few months. I am extremely upset to have paid such a high price for a fan that breaks in such a short amount of time.

I loved my fan until it suddenly started making a grinding type of sound like the fan blades are hitting but they aren't. I've had my fan for 1 year and used it everyday to help cool my room now I have to replace it and it probably will be something less expensive.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there, Thank you for sharing your experience with the FlexBreeze. We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed it at first, but we’re sorry to learn about the grinding noise that developed after regular use. A sudden noise like that can sometimes indicate an internal issue that we’d like to help look into. Since your unit is around a year old, there may still be options available to support you. Please reach out to our team so we can take a closer look and assist with next steps: https://support.sharkninja.com/contact-us Sincerely, Shark Home
Bought last year for indoor use in summer. Used it for 4-5 months before storing it in the corner of the bedroom for winter. Plugged it in this year for the first time and now it won't stay running. Will run for about 5 seconds before the blades stop. Controls act like they are working but the blades never start back up. Tried leaving it plugged in over night with no change. Tried several troubleshooting tests with no results.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the fan! I have had it for over a year with no problems. I have used it both wired and wireless. I love it so much I plan to buy a second one. Only recommendation for ninja/shark is I wish the stand had option to extend taller .
