Speed decreases

Just received this fan and I admit it's rather nice. But the one thing I don't like is when it's plugged in after a few hours it will automatically decrease its speed down to the lowest speed.

We live in a hot place and this fan is awesome! We love the ease in moving it around the house. The fan actually feels cool. Our dog loves it haha

Good fan but remote is lacking

We like the unit very much so far, but the remote could use some improvement. The features are good yet all the buttons are very hard to see even during the day. The buttons could be brighter or better yet illuminated to help with using this fan inside or dimly lit areas.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worked for only 3 months

I purchased it last summer and is worked fine. I go go plug it in THIS SUMMER 2025 and it won’t charge, it won’t even work when plugged in. I didn’t pay this much to have it work for basically three months and then not work this summer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quite disappointed

I bought this and every time i use it the speed changes and drops to 1. I have it plugged in at all times and this should NOT be happening. If it didn't change the speed, this would be getting a 5 star

I bought this a month ago and it just quit. Last . Not easy to talk to anyone and I have thrown receipts and box away! I even brag about this fan! But only Lasting a month very disheartening and because of the cost very disappointing l!
