We love our new tv!

We saw the OLED tvs at various places and were amazed at the picture so we decided that's what we should get. So far we have not been. The picture is great, the clarity and color is amazing. We hope that this tv lasts for many years!

55 INCH WITH STUNNING CLARITY

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WE THOUGHT THIS TELEVISION WAS GOING TO BE LIKE ALL OUR OTHER TVS. WE WERE IN FOR A BIG SURPRISE. IMMEDIATELY AFTER MY HUSBAND INSTALLED IT WE WERE BOTH IN AWE. WE LOOKED AT EACHOTHER AND SAID WOW, LOOK AT HOW CLEAR THIS PICTURE LOOKS. WE FELT AS IF WE WERE IN THE PICTURE ITSELF. WE ARE STILL GETTING KNOWLEDGEABLE WITH THE AI REMOTE CONTROL, BUT SO FAR WE LOVE ALL THE OPTIONS IT HAS. I DO NOT KNOW IF WE CAN EVER GO BACK TO JUST A REGULAR TV EVER AGAIN.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The best entertainment experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s been ages since I last used a Samsung TV, but I was blown away by how much they’ve improved their UI. First off, the remote is just the right size - not too big, not too small, and it’s not cluttered with apps that you might not use. And the setup process was super easy and quick. The picture quality is incredible - it’s an OLED panel, so the color contrast is amazing when watching movies. But my favorite feature is the console-free gaming. I’m not sure if any other TV on the market has this feature, but I spent hours gaming directly from my TV. In conclusion, I would highly recommend this TV to anyone, big or small, because it’s the ultimate entertainment experience.

BEAUTIFUL TV!! ALMOST PERFECT!!

Since my phone is also Samsung, it took almost no time at all to set it up and get all my apps and accounts added in. Took some time to figure out how to navigate around, about a half hour, but I'm almost a pro at it now, so I can honestly say it's very intuitive.
i love the depth of picture. Even old movies have a new patina to them. The colors are very vivid, enough to give you vertigo if you're not used to it.

The ONLY problem I encountered is with the remote. Just can't figure out how to raise/lower volume except to mute it, so I would suggest to Samsung that they have a separate, dedicated button JUST for volume control. Had to download an unaffiliated remote app to my phone to get the volume to respond.
Other than that, COMPLETELY happy with this Smart TV!

UPDATE: Shoulda asked a teenager for help before posting my review. Turns out, the 'volume' bar actually moves UP AND DOWN, too. So it works fine, too. There was no user manual in the box, which would have helped with the learning curve.
