[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the Precision Contour Design with super-slim bezels, and near-bezel-less cabinet in graphite black for a stylish look that stands out on the wall or on a stand
And the Solar-powered remote for an eco-friendly, minimalist experience
I also love that it has Live translate, click-to-search recommendations, SmartThings, voice assistants, access to free content with Samsung TV Plus, cloud gaming hub, 7‑year OS updates with Samsung Vision AI, and 2025 One UI Tizen OS

Low Contrast

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The contrast between shadows is too dark. I adjusterd all the settings to brighten the picture but it seems that a lot of scenes are so dark that you cannot see what is in the shadows or backgrounds of some pictures. I also purchased the QLED Q8F 43 inch for our bedroom. The contrast is great on it. If I coud repurchase, it would be the QLED for our living room like the one we previously had. Lightening ruined both our televisions.

We appreciate your input on the picture quality of Samsung’s S85F TV. If the image isn’t meeting your expectations, there are several adjustments you can make to improve your viewing experience.
First, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates may include important picture quality enhancements. Go to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
Then, select a Picture Mode that best fits your environment: Home > Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
1. Standard – Default mode for general viewing
2. Dynamic – Brighter and clearer in well-lit rooms
3. Eco – Optimized for energy saving
4. Movie – Best for watching in dark environments
5. Filmmaker Mode – Preserves content exactly as intended by creators
You can also enhance your experience by enabling AI Mode, which automatically adjusts picture and sound based on your surroundings and usage patterns: Settings > All Settings > Advanced Features > AI Mode Settings > AI Mode

Amazing, the best

Samsung is the best connect to my phone perfectly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sweet thing about it is that I can connect it with with my phone even without internet connection and I can watch everything on my phone on my TV especially movies that allow me to watch them on a larger screen plus it has net flakes and all the apps you need to watch everything you need Samsung is the best

Best picture quality of any TV I've owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the last four sets of TVs I've bought Samsung. I haven't had a bad experience yet, and that continues with this set.
The picture quality is the best I've ever owned. This replaced a 7 year old LED model and there are several noticeable improvements.
1. The user interface is much quicker
2. There are plenty of HDMI inputs
3. Significantly thinner display AND bezels are tiny

I already had a Samsung account which enabled me to go from a box on my porch to watching streaming video in about 15 minutes. This impressed me.
Really the only negative I've experienced is with the remote. My previous 3 Samsung sets have had RF remotes and this one is only IR. You don't realize how annoying that line of sight limitation can be when you are used to the radio based remotes. This was an even bigger disappointment since this is, in my opinion, a premium set where some of my others were not.
I would still recommend this to others as it is a great set.
