Great Product, Excellent Support

I needed a plug and play system to monitor my property for trespassers but did not want to use internet or computers. The Phoenix M2 was affordable and perfect for this application. Setting up the record feature is easy and the night vision is very good. I recently contacted customer support to help me through a firmware upgrade and was pleasantly surprised at how helpful Darrielle was in walking me through the process. I will likely expand the system later knowing that I can count on Defender for technical help. Overall a great experience.

I bought this as a four camera set at Sam's Club and found it was very easy to install and pair. The only thing I can really fault is that just like far too many products I had download and print the manual. The system work wonderfully and the pictures are sharp and clear, both day and night. I do wish the cameras attached more firmly to the pedestal. Overall this is a fine system and replaces a five year old similar system by anothe manufacturer that was not as good.

I bought two of the set of 2 cameras with the monitors. I would highly recommend these to anyone who wants to be able to see and hear all that goes on outside day and night. You can zoom in/out, change the volume or turn it off, speak to your dog outside or anyone(1 way or 2 way talk), record manually or when there is movement(or program every day either the same or a different program each day), cover them with a piece of plastic wrapped around them(do not cover the sensor though & they are fine in any weather conditions. They are so clear day and night. I cannot say enough about how great they are. I bought them because of a not so nice new neighbor and they are exactly what I needed for law enforcement also. The monitor is wonderful even though my sight is not great. I am more than pleased with them and MOST IMPORTANT - I had a problem and contacted Defender via phone and chat and spoke to "Darrielle" and give the highest praise and thanks for all of her help. Defender definitely cares about their customers. They do whatever they can to help you and also if something goes wrong, they will do whatever they can to make it right. Again, I highly recommend these cameras w/Monitor and Defenders Customer Service is the BEST!. Thank you "Darrielle" for all your help, expertise and kindness helping me. GB

The video quality is great, and the sound is amazing!! Monitor is easy to use. The camera's look great and look like they're not even there at night.
