I have purchased several security systems from this company. Setup has always been very easy and straight forward. When I had technical questions regarding placement and signals crossing each other, I had answers from the tech support within 24 hours. To me it is unusual for an out of state/country supplier to be so quick with their responses. I am extremely happy for their fast and detailed support whenever I sent a question off. Darrielle was very knowledgeable and I usually had my questions responded to by her within the next day. I highly recommend this company and the quick support and service from their tech support, Darrielle, Suzanne, and Daniela, to the fullest.

Out of Range Problems

I have had two of these systems in the past 18 months, , and the biggest problem has been the "Out of Range" message. After returning two complete systems, and then having problems with the replacement units, I decided to try another system. I purchased a COBRA system which included a Monitor and two cameras. Unfortunately the cameras cannot compare in quality with the Phoenix camera, and they would not pick up small animals like the Phoenix.
The Cobra Monitor is close in clarity, and I love the touch screen. What I found out was that the Phoenix camera operates on a 4 channel system just like the Cobra camera so I'm using the Phoenix camera in combination with the Cobra monitor. Both have been working great for the past two months, and best of all, so far I have had no "Out of Range messages.
For those of you that have experienced the same issues with out of range messages, you might give the Cobra Monitor a try. Just make sure both systems are 4 channel.
