Most easiest and quality is outsanding

I just made this purchase. This was my 3rd system to use at my business. The first system went down due to lightening strike. The system before this was such a stress giver, after 5 hours i still had no signal on the system and the call center was beating around the bush in order to get the system just to recognize its own camera and they wanted me to pay to use their software to set it up after paying for the system.
Then i saw the Defender series and i did a quick read up on it. Not a word of a lie, i plugged in all the pieces to power and when i turned on the main display unit all the cameras feeds were live on the main unit, it only took seconds and it was set up. within 5 mins the camera were set up and i was again sitting with a secure compound. I would refer this to anyone and the colour quality and being able to actually see the leaves move on the trees in real time is outstaning. this will be my only unit ever to use.. Extremely happy and satisifed with this unit. I can only hope that the customer service is better then the last system.

Very dis appointed bought the system new with 2 cameras monitor feel apart in a little over my 30 day warranty so I got screwed it was to make me and my babies feel safe in our home instead I feel we got robbed

great picture, easy installation

Purchased the monitor, one camera combo from a big box store and the ease of installation and setup absolutely amazed me. The hardest part of the installation was me (65 years young) climbing an extension ladder. The picture is clear as a bell and the audio can pick up low volume conversation 25 feet away. I set the timer for one hour and the continuous record mode used a half of a GB so the extra 32 GB video card that I purchased will last approximately 58 hours. I am well please with the purchase.

I already have a four camera defender security cameras , but I needed a camera for a small part of my back yard. This camera is perfect. The picture quality at night, sound, motion detection and setup is The reason I gave it 5 stars
